Ordered my wrap online and it wasn’t ready after 30 mins…then I get my wrap take it back tot he office and it’s not cut in half and basically thrown together. Not the outcome I was expecting.

I would leave one star but the employees were actually really nice and professional. I got the Cajun chicken wrap and I honestly could not tell if I was eating chicken, it tasted like bread and seasoning, even looking at each half you could dangle $500 over my head and I wouldn't be able to tell you where the chicken was. I honestly felt stupid at first thinking "I should have looked closer at the ad" but then I looked it up on Google and their advertising clearly shows little chicken nugget looking things, not bread crumbs, it looks completely different.

This location is our of my way from work and home, but it’s the only Jimmy John near me. Yesterday I went to this location right after work. I got there at 4:30pm and the doors were lock. I could see employees working & I knock. They signed that they were closed.Very frustrating when I was looking forward to a sub and drove very far for nothing!!!No explanation of what they were closed.At least they should of wrote a sign on the door of why they had to closed.

Did you know they have other types of bread? I love their wheat it's so hearty. I'm liking these wraps they have.. the Caesar one is a must try if you like Caesar salad.

This is my 2nd time catering from the Downey Jimmy John's location so I thought it was time to add a review. I've been very pleased with both times I've ordered from here. The first time I was impressed at how fresh the bread was and how nicely all the sandwiches were done and neatly packed. The second time was the same. Everything came out great. I would highly recommend this location when you need to cater sandwiches. I will definitely be coming back.
