The lady was understanding when I said the wrong thing and fixed it fast, they had free samples of drinks there and they made my drinks fast!! “This place has a whole Nother meaning to “fruit popsicle“. I ordered a strawberry popsicle and instead of having just a red tent color on a popsicle it actually had real chunks of strawberry in it. I can only wait to try all the other flavors and see how my favorite mango, taste with real chunks in it. A tip: make sure that when you ask for the popsicle, you ask water based (de agua), not milk (leche)based.“

“About a year ago, my daughter wanted to try boba for the first time. This location was close to where we were running errands, so we tried it just out of convenience, and I'm glad we did. I wasn't a fan of boba, so I wasn't much help in helping her pick a drink. The team at the location realized my daughter needed help, and they were extremely gracious in their efforts. They made suggestions based on flavors, appearance, and textures, and they really cared to help her find something she would like. My daughter loved her drink and has become quite the boba fan because of them. I even ended up trying a drink and realizing I just wasn't a fan of the traditional Tapioca boba (although it's grown on me). My only complaint is that now my daughter always wants boba. Thank you all for the great experience and the daddy, daughter memory. As a matter of fact, maybe our family will come visit you today for Father's Day!As a note, my family was just discussing having boba today. I looked up this location and saw a negative review that had been left by someone who had VERY much the opposite of my experience. I find it necessary to point out that one person's experience is not always the same as another. Be sure to check if a review is an outlier from the norm, and don't let it cloud your judgment. Also, take notice if someone has a tendency to mostly leave negative reviews. They might be bringing those negative experiences upon themselves, or they may have another motive (especially if they have multiple negative reviews of similar establishments).“
