We waited more than an hour for our food, the service was bad. Their drinks weren't good... it was cold outside and they said they would turn on the heaters and never did. I DO NOT recommend this place!!! This place literally sucks!!!!

Went in as a family we spent over $200 there just so everyone could get sick from eating their birria also got the hamburger kids meal for the kids and the bread was rock hard not even exaggerating the vibe is good but food is trash don't go there if you're going for the food

I'm here from Texas friends recommended this place.. Came here on a Thursday I enjoyed my dinner and my drinks.. came here on a Saturday night, security in the bar did not let me even enjoy the music.. kept flashing his little tiny flashlight at everyone for dancing while sitting.. so annoying!.

The food is quite good and the portions large. And I have to hand it to them for making it a really nice to-go experience during Covid. They have really nice shallow (but long) disposable platters so they don't just pile your food items on top of one another and they gave us chips and salsa without her even requesting it. The order was ready exactly at the time promised and was hot and delicious. I left off of the fifth star because pre-pandemic I didn't really like dining in the restaurant. The music is so loud that you cannot hear yourself think. But now that I see what an awesome job they do with to go orders, that's what I plan to do even post pandemic!

Bad customer service, I called yesterday Sunday at 5:26 PM to order for pick up and gentleman said they were too busy to take order to go . I will never call again . it was a big TURN Off. Supposedly with the pandemia more tha 50 percent of profits come from Order to go , but anyway .

Came to dinner here on Saturday 2/27. Place was very busy and we had to wait to be sat, no big deal. We usually enjoy the food here BUT this time it looks like our waitress decided to give herself a $61 tip on my sisters $20 check! We found out on Monday when the transaction appeared on my sisters bank statement. The waitress, Patricia added $61!!! We called the restaurant to see if it was an error, they returned my call and notified me that they spoke with the waitress and explained to me that she made a mistake. I told the manager, it is not a mistake to write a $61 tip on a $20 tab! The check had a $5 tip plus cash on the table!! This waitress is a crook!!! This place tolerates thieves! They refunded my sister her $61 and just said sorry!! I let the manager know we would never be back and all he could do was say sorry! Didn't even offer to refund the entire check for her brazen theft! He thought sorry was good enough! Just pathetic! We will never be back here again!! Be warned, they are shady as s*****
I highly recommend this place. I am very pleased! The service is very satisfying! Aldo, Lorenzo and their team checked on us every chance they got and were very professional. They have the patio open, the back of the restaurant is also available, good music, drinks are A-1 Oh! And that Mexican molcajete is so authentic I'm falling asleep and I think that's why Aldo thought I was Chinese but I'm Mexican lol

La Barca is my favorite Mexican restaurant! My favorite plates are the enchiladas and the molcajete. They use fresh ingredients and their tortillas are handmade. Don’t forget to try their drinks! The mojitos and mangonadas are delicious. They take all the precautions for you to feel safe during COVID-19.

Unfortunately I've been to this restaurant before and I didn't have the best experience but I figure everybody deserves a second chance so I went for it again. I do see that they made it back patio which is extremely nice. Especially because they already have a front patio so I'm not sure if it was totally necessary but I appreciate the effort. We got there and unfortunately we were still waiting for a friend so me and my pregnant girlfriend ordered two nonalcoholic mango margaritas. They were quite delicious. I'm not sure where the mixup was but he ended out at El Pescador at the Downey Landing for some reason. We kept telling him you're in the wrong spot come over here maybe after an hour later he finally showed up. I kid you not we were sitting in this restaurant for three hours. We did tell them that we were waiting for somebody so I understand them kind of just leaving us alone for a while but at the end I was so thirsty ! We couldn't find our waiter or waitress because by the end of the day we had three of them. We finally had to just get up and look for them and just get our bill. My friends biggest complaint was that the music was too loud but that's kind of just what you get when you go to a Latin restaurant . I definitely brought my leftovers home so that my mom could approve and she 1-5 She gave them an 8 She said you might have bad service but the food is amazing. The mole was everything

The soups are def shareable portions huge!! As well as the enchiladas! I'm assuming most of their plates are huge in portions! Huge downfall is the wait time on a Tuesday night. Almost three hours from wait to finish. And it wasn't even crowded at all. Huge downfall! Wait for food was a good hour and 15 minutes. We kept on debating to leave but decided to just wait it out since we would have waisted more time leaving and having to go somewhere else. Need more servers or quicker services. Thanks!
