This place is no good. I gave it another try for the third time and it's the same. Customer service no good, ice cream no hood I order hot cheatos with cheeses it had a lot of burned cheese like if they gave me the last of it. Food no good. The ambiance was clean but don't come here and spend your money

Worst customer service ever. I got here at 7:10 pm waited in line for 15 minutes and when I was next I was told they close in 30 mins so their only serving ice cream. Teach your employees to communicate. When I was greeted when I walked in I should've been told they were only serving ice cream. Lazy employees. Do better

All the food I ordered is delicious. They really put love and care into each food. The only thing is sometimes I’ll get mango raspado but mango ice cream will be delivered instead. Both still good.

Parking was great, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm there wasn’t a lot of people as most places encountered… you can never go wrong with la Michoacána everything taste authentic. My favorite are esquites
I ordered 3 esquites to go, to eat in the car. They were cold, almost as if they were refrigerated. The esquites should have the water drained when serving. They were swimming at the bottom. Why the hell would you serve a hot food cold? Service was slow as well, considering it was not busy at all.

Ordered a mangonada via DoorDash but they gave me some slushy instead. Called at 8:15pm to get the right thing but they said they weren't taking any orders anymore. Another reviewer had a similar issue of where the store closed at 8pm even though they are open until 9pm. How are you a business if you don't even operate during the stated hours? Thankfully DoorDash refunded me but definitely not ordering from them again.
