I had such a great experience at Lazy Dog last night and had to share. Our server Marisa truly went above and beyond in a way that I honestly haven’t experienced in a long time.
After hearing that I’d had a rough week, she surprised me with a handwritten note that was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, and it completely made my night. In a world where dining out can sometimes feel transactional, this felt genuinely human.
I’ve had great service at high-end steakhouses that cost three times as much, but this moment stood out even more. It’s a reminder that what really makes a dining experience memorable isn’t just the food, it’s the people.
Marisa’s kindness and attentiveness turned an ordinary Friday night dinner into something really special. Lazy Dog is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back.

Our waitress was very patient and very nice. The food was delicious. I had a steak that was juicy and green beans cooked just right. Great restaurant for a family night out or even a date night.

Had reservations for 8pm , arrived on time yet had to wait 20 minutes. Saw other people who arrived after me getting seated so I complained and then was seated.

This restaurant was ok. I had been there for drinks only & sat at the bar on those occasions. I decided to make reservations via open table due to high demand on other high end restaurants. The wait to be seated wasn't long as I had reservations. I did have to wait a long time for the food to be delivered to my table. They had a special price for Valentine's Day & I ordered their special with NY steak. I like my steak “Medium” which they did not perfect. It came “well” with burnt ends. I did not complain due to the fact that it was alentines day & they were very busy. I don't know if i would try them again on a regular day.

Went to dinner for our valentines date and I had a good time as a first timer! Our server Evelyn was so sweet and helpful, she was really good vibes. Def will come back again!

I LOVE coming to this Lazy Dog!! The ambience and the people here make it a place I love coming back to again and again. Mark is our favorite! He is so animated, kind, and friendly. Mark and his AMAZING team truly make this place one of a kind! Sometimes I come with my family and sometimes we do our ladies night here. No matter the occasion, this is THE place to come to! Although the servers were friendly, we didn't feel like we were checked on very often. Our food arrived warm, almost cold, as if it had been sitting in the window for a while. The desserts were also served cold. When I asked the server if the brownie was supposed to be warm, she confirmed that it should be so hot that we couldn't touch the pan. However, it wasn't that hot; she was able to touch the pan without any issue. I appreciate that she offered us a free brownie to take home, but I don't recall the restaurant normally serving meals like this. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.
