But they refuse to put the pizza in it now. But still make you enter the code. And then don't even know that you entered it. Employees were too busy chatting instead of acknowledging me or greeting me when I entered. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and came in at the time when my order should have been ready. After waiting 5 minutes I finally get an eta for an additional 3 minutes. There was a lack of empathy, no care nor concern. It's unfortunate because this is not the service I come to expect from here. I'm disappointed and unsatisfied. Pizza tastes good, that's about it.

This is usually my go to little Caesar's for good and cheap pizza. Both of the pizzas I ordered; the deep dish and pretzel crust were both burnt. The pretzel crust pizza was not only burnt but super thin and too crispy. I will not order from them again.

Its getting terrible every time. I went to the store and Ethan (Employee) said they don't take new orders at 9pm because they close at 10pm So I had to take home a re-heated old pizza. I had no choice since I had kids waiting int he car. I wanted to order a stuff crust pizza and a supreme not a chance. I got one regular pepperoni because thats all they had. SUCKS

This is more like a sugestión to the managers or whoever see this post and take acción on the matter.The store needs to be clean , entrance doors windows and outside ovens are greasy, also the hand sanitizer looks like it never been cleaned.I'm hoping the kitchen is clean as supposed too.
