I’ve had an unbelievable experience here at this Louisiana last night. Me and my girlfriend came here to buy food. We both purchased food using Apple Pay on both our phones. We received our meals at approximately 8:35 -8:40. As soon as we get our food all three workers rush out the door closing the restaurant, right behind us as we walk out. We proceed to drive off and we then realize she’s left her phone at the restaurant. We verify this by using Find My. As we keep looking at the location it starts moving going east on Rosecrans while we are going north of Lakewood towards Somerset. We automatically figure that one of the workers took it out the restaurant because we were the last costumers and they were in such a hurry, rushing out even though they’re suppose to close a whole 30 mins after. We follow the address and seen that it has came to a complete stop. We follow the direction and see her phone is in the middle of the road on rosecrans completely smashed and broken. We immediately call the police . We come back the next day with police on standby, requesting to view their security footage of the phone that was obviously left behind on the table. Of course they proceeded to act clueless and say they don’t know how to “work” or view the camera footage. Not even the so called “owner” himself. We have filed a police report and are taking legal action to sue. This business needs to be shut down immediately!! Especially after seeing all these other horrendous reviews. They are completely negligent and will be held accountable!!

Been coming here for years. The food is great and they always serve a lot! Which is awesome. The lady may come off as rude but she’s actually really nice.

It's incredible what happened to me today in this place. I arrived for the first time at 8.15pm. The woman who served with a terrible attitude, I paid 15 dollars for my plate. I sit down to eat, and after 5 minutes she rudely tells me that it's already closed and I have to go. I was surprised and I told her I'm olmost done I'm eating, and she said no, you have to go now because it's closed. She and a man turn off all the lights and leave. They wanted to leave me locked up. I shout to them that what is happening is serious and they say yes. I was very upset and threw my plate out of anger, and I went out to say who the owner or manager is and they say that no one is. I'm sorry for throwing the plate but they wanted to lock me up. I swear I'm telling the truth and they have cameras and I'm going to take action on this. Please be careful with this place. I don't recommend it. I don't know if it was an act of racism, I don't know, I've never had any such unpleasant experience.They never let me know that it is closed.

Wish I could give zero stars. First, the lady behind the counter has a horrible attitude. I ordered the gumbo soup and instead of actually getting something that taste remotely like gumbo like other Louisiana locations, they gave me vegetable soup that they just dropped some shrimp, sausage slices, and old chicken scraps into. It was undercooked and not the usual Louisiana gumbo soup recipe. Also ordered chicken that was very old. I've given this place too many chances. Never again. Especially because of the rude Asian lady.
Don't go here I got super sick & so did my mom, the food gave me bad diarrhea & vomit & my mom is currently still sick !We just went too a little before new years !Not worth it !

If you live in the area don't go to this Louisiana because the Asian lady that works at the register has the worst attitude/customer service ever! Go to the new Louisiana on Artesia between woodruff and bellflower! The service is better and the food is waaaaaaay fresher! Before the new Louisiana opened up in the area I would drive all the way to another city before I gave that Bia my money with the way she was acting!
