Food was very good but lacked on customer service, I expected more for what I paid ! More in terms of customer service , my tostada was missing the tostada no forks at the table I had to ask for salt and tapatio instead of it already being at the table , our food came out at different times we didn’t get to eat at the same time. Also no check in’s from the waitress I had to flag her down! Other then that the food was delicious but I expected more better service with the $146 I paid for 2 adults and a child, i honestly git better services at Denny’s and Applebees

But the service was terrible I waited a whole hour for my food I asked the waitress where my food was at and she stated “we have to serve the big parties first” like what does that have to do with me I’m the customer paying for a great service Never coming back here again. You guys ruined my dads Father’s Day celebration. This place is not well organized, it’s a mess

Food was good. Service not. We got out drinks until we received our food. Thrn waited over 5 minutes until I got up to ask for utensils and napkins to be available to eat our food. They need better training and more team work

Loved this place. Liked their style. I decided to eat inside because it was a rainy day but I wish I was outside with the music and fun. A lot of parking on the side street which was also a plus. I ordered the fish tostada which was really good. Governador taco and the Marlin taco was really good. My favorite. I also ordered the shrimp wet burrito and want too much of a fan but I'm pretty sure that's not their strong point. Definitely will be back.

Great place to take a date for some Mexican seafood. I thought the food was overall good but not great. There are other places that definitely have better food but the ambience and service cannot be beat! Recommend for a casual date night.
The food was great! Our waiter Itzel was very attentive. She gave good recommendations and brought out different salsas for us to try. Definitely coming back.

WOW! Delicious. We are regulars in the Pico Rivera location, but the Downey location has an amazing atmosphere, great staff, and the Callos, Oysters & Agua Chile were so delicious. My family and I had a great time and we highly recommend.

My family and I were visiting from Arizona and decided to search for a nearby Mariscos in Downey. We came across Mariscos Choix, and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing—everything we tried was bursting with fresh, authentic flavors, and the seafood was incredibly well-prepared.
On top of that, the staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. The service really enhanced the whole experience for us.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious mariscos and a welcoming atmosphere!

I totally recommend this place is fire. The ambience the food if you are a Marisco lover this is a place to go to. Carlos was an amazing server to us had an amazing day. I didn’t know what to order and he gave me options and I ordered a campechana. It was amazing. Forgot to take a picture because it was so good. I just ate it. I just forgot to take a picture.
