DO NOT DINE-IN HERE! They take “fast” out of “fast food.” There’s no balance between the drive-thru and dining in. While waiting for my own food for over 20+ min I overheard a few other customers who had been waiting for 30+ min for a simple order like a coffee and sandwich. Meanwhile the drive-thru was somewhat moving but still long. Employees obviously overwhelmed. Manager obviously doesn’t know how to manage.

This is the McDonald’s that has the nerve to put our American flag upside down!! How disrespectful I will be calling corporate on this matter whoever put it in that state, should be fired immediately, horrible service and now the disrespect for our country, unacceptable and shameful! I’ll definitely discourage anyone I know from going there.

Honestly, this is the last time I buy food from this Mcdonald's. I got overcharged because the person who took my order through the drive thru couldn't hear. She charged me for 2 of everything but then I had to pay extra for two sandwiches when I had clearly ordered 2 number 10's. Honestly, I always have a problem with this Mcdonald's location. 5/31/25. The morning manager is a horrible employee. She shorted us on some hashbrowns, and when confronted, she started making weird facial expressions and gave us back our order unwrapped and in disorder. I'm sure she originally packed it herself and was playing the part of confusion. It was a very disappointing, sad excuse for a human being.

The employees here suck. Can’t even ask or explain anything to them without being interrupted. I did a mobile order, my app kept closing and but I had the receipt. It had the streets I was suppose to pick up but it missed a number on the address so they refused to give me my order. I’ve ordered multiple times before and never had a problem picking up my order from here. I even asked the manager if there was another location on these streets and she confirmed that Theres not. Like y’all so mad and dismissive for what ? They literally just went to the back to laugh and be on their phones too.

Service is the worst I have ever seen. Two of my sandwiches were wrong, I had already gotten home and I was not going to turn around and go back and wait 15 mins for service again while the rest of my food went cold. Hash browns and sandwiches were both soggy and I waited 20 mins in the pick up for someone to bring my food out. This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the area. Drive the extra mile and go to a different one! I called to see if I could get my $5 sandwich refunded and they wanted me to bring in the wrong ones and they would give me the right one. I'm not waiting for that since it already took 20 mins to get my original order.
