The employees here suck. Can’t even ask or explain anything to them without being interrupted. I did a mobile order, my app kept closing and but I had the receipt. It had the streets I was suppose to pick up but it missed a number on the address so they refused to give me my order. I’ve ordered multiple times before and never had a problem picking up my order from here. I even asked the manager if there was another location on these streets and she confirmed that Theres not. Like y’all so mad and dismissive for what ? They literally just went to the back to laugh and be on their phones too.

Service is the worst I have ever seen. Two of my sandwiches were wrong, I had already gotten home and I was not going to turn around and go back and wait 15 mins for service again while the rest of my food went cold. Hash browns and sandwiches were both soggy and I waited 20 mins in the pick up for someone to bring my food out. This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the area. Drive the extra mile and go to a different one! I called to see if I could get my $5 sandwich refunded and they wanted me to bring in the wrong ones and they would give me the right one. I'm not waiting for that since it already took 20 mins to get my original order.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. And it's been that way for years. Atmosphere would be a 5 if the staff was a bit more mature and didn't clown around instead of working. But then again it's pure high school kids at this location what do you expect. At least they accept

Yesterday ordered on app @ 7:36pm, went to drive thru on menu I was asked are you using the app, I said no I ordered ahead I have order code & for 5 minutes I recieved no response. I said hello twice, so I proceeded to window but there was 3 cars ahead of me. After 10 minutes in line I get to window & they had wrong order of person on line if I hadn't asked I would've recieved wrong order so they gave me a receipt & told me to drive to stall 2 for order pickup. The cars that were ahead of me were also told to wait in a stall number for their order. Waited 2 minutes. Went inside & asked why is my order taking so long if I wanted to pick up on stall I wouldn't have picked drive thru as my pick up option. I was told it should come out in a few minutes I asked for a refund. It took them less than a minute to refund me & they didn't return my receipt By this time it was 8:05pm. As I was leaving 2 other cars from drive thru were parking on assigned stall numbers to wait for their order.
Unbelievable all I ordered was fries & a small cheeseburger not a catering order to be wasting 30 minutes to end up with nothing.
