Why does McDonald's spend thousands of dollars to add second lanes and drive-throughs and then most of the McDonald's just keep them closed.

I had previously posted a negative review of this restaurant last year. Because of the immaturity and incompetency of the staff. But the staff that is now here is the complete opposite. They've completely turned it around. This staff is possibly the best of all the McDonald's I've ever been to. Quick straightforward and good food and a family vibe

Hit and miss with this McDonald's. One thing I will warn about is, don't go after 9pm. Their drive thru line takes forever. 3 stars because 50/50 you will get your order right

I've been to this location bedroom, and I will not walk inside. Service was bad, and the dining area was dirty.

DO NOT DINE-IN HERE! They take “fast” out of “fast food.” There’s no balance between the drive-thru and dining in. While waiting for my own food for over 20+ min I overheard a few other customers who had been waiting for 30+ min for a simple order like a coffee and sandwich. Meanwhile the drive-thru was somewhat moving but still long. Employees obviously overwhelmed. Manager obviously doesn’t know how to manage.

This is the McDonald’s that has the nerve to put our American flag upside down!! How disrespectful I will be calling corporate on this matter whoever put it in that state, should be fired immediately, horrible service and now the disrespect for our country, unacceptable and shameful! I’ll definitely discourage anyone I know from going there.

Honestly, this is the last time I buy food from this Mcdonald's. I got overcharged because the person who took my order through the drive thru couldn't hear. She charged me for 2 of everything but then I had to pay extra for two sandwiches when I had clearly ordered 2 number 10's. Honestly, I always have a problem with this Mcdonald's location. They hire a bunch of kids
