First time coming back to a McDonald's after about a year...Instant regret. Ordered a spicy snack wrap🌯 Came all crushed and sauce all spread on the wrapper and outside of the wrap.
I feel like they did this on purpose because it was an excessive amount of sauce... It wasn't even eatable with the amount of sauce it contained

I paid for an order that I only got half of, and the other part never came. So I asked for a refund and will never buy anything from here again. You people need to get your priorities straightened so that you don't keep getting bad reviews. You get zero stars from me. They never even bothered to come tell me that the rest of my order was ready.

Order on the McDonald’s app for breakfast when I arrived to pick up my order it was cancelled as they gave my food away.
I asked for light syrup and milk in my iced coffee, but they charged me $1.40 for a special request and made it completely opposite of what I ordered. It was so sweet I couldn’t drink it.

Pulled up to give my order. A young man answered and as I was finishing he got impatient and snapped saying, Which one do you want? I was really surprised that this guy Cristian L. could be so rude. I drove to the window to pay and asked him if he just got impatient with me and he said a little bit! I told him don't you ever do that again!....I was going to complain to the manager but they had a lot of cars behind me. Smallest little disrespect can put a bad taste in your mouth every time you go back to this McDonald's. 9/4/25 3:52pm
