I asked simply for 2 chicken spicy sandwiches and they put down in the receipt 2 quarter pounders... these idiots don't do their jobs correctly at all , and don't have working ears or brain. If you don't like your job then just quit lmao.

I ordered two Quarter Pounders with Cheese on the Mobile App and paid my order in full before I arrived at the location. The app indicated that my order was ready and when I drove over there at 1:45 a.m., I was told they never received my order. I offered to show them the app that indicated that the order was completed and asked to speak to the manager. She indicated that I would have to call and get a refund and I asked if she could give me a number and her name because the app showed that I picked up my order, which I did not. She said they cleaned the grill and that's why they could not make my burgers. Why wasn't this indicated in the app? I asked her again what number I should call and she refused to give me a number or her name, then said, 'I'm not dealing with this" and closed the drive-up window. I not only paid for my order, but I drove all the way over there because the app indicated that my food was ready. The way I was treated and spoken to was rude and disrespectful - They didn't even offer an apology! This is not the first time that I've had a problem with a mobile order at this location and Corporate should take action - I see from previous reviews that this is not an isolated issue.P.S.: I went back to the location during the day to find out about the refund and was met with the same indifference and more lies about the situation. I was told that they couldn't make any food because of an inspection, but I informed the manager that they told me they were only serving food from the fryer. The staff at this location are not concerned about how they treat their customers. The food is often subpar and I would rather drive a further distance than to frequent this restaurant ever again.

You guessed it, ice cream machine is coincidentally never working...LOL! I should I've known better after coming here so many times and the machine never working but no, waited in curbside only for them to come to my window and tell me it "overheated". Only came for that too (insert eye roll).
