I work right next door and this McDonald’s is not the best. First of all their customer service is not great, the fries taste like old oil. They always take care of drive through first and forget about the people inside ordering.

My son tried ordering food inside and was told that they are ONLY Kiosk now. He asked how do you use this and no employee NOR MANAGER - Alejandro would assist in placing order. He was going to travel to another McDonald's but decided to go thru the drive thru and even drive thru employee's didn't know how to process the order. Manager didn't even have the corporate phone number to file a complaint. Horrible service and horrible customer service!!

I went inside the Store to get my order faster, I approach the counter and asked the team member if she could take my order and rather she explain to me that I needed to do it digital and that she was going to teach me how to do it, I explained to her that I left three kids in the car and I was in a rush and even though I explain that I had three kids in the car, she wouldn’t take my order; she mentioned that it was against the rules. Therefore, someone else came out to teach me how to do it rather than taking my order as time was going by which it didn’t make no sense because they had enough time to take my order while I had my three kids inside the car and by then more than 15 minutes as went by. Furthermore, I realized that they didn’t have any idea what costumer service is.

My oder was wrong. I was missing part of my oder my hamburger buns were burnt and when I called to inform them of my dissatisfaction they took my address to send me a gift card which I never received that was my last time my family and my self ever set foot in a McDonald'

Inside was dirty and smelled like a mix of exhaust and trash. They forgot about our order after we waited for over 10 min - we only got fries. No toilet paper in both bathrooms and it took long to get help. Worst Mcdonald's I've ever been to.

My grandson (10) loves chicken nuggets, fried potatoes and the shakes! I like the hot chicken sandwich…too hot for me…! so, it’s just once in a while ❤️
Went inside to get a coffee. Took them 30 minutes.. there was only one person in front.. this is the last time I come

The manager lady who works night shifts is a very rude n difficult lady to talk to a while back I asked her nicely if she can re make my order since it was cold n she has a bad attitude about it almost like i offened her n ever since then its been war between me n her n everytime I go she seems to recognize me n my orders come out poorly made I'm not going there no more sad cus I been going to this MacDonalds since 07'

It's a typical Mcdonald's, it just lacks life inside. The drive through is busy and they have a lot of food that is ordered on Apps so they are busy, but not a lot of people there. Unusual.
