The younger employees are Rude and will ignore you despite being right in front of them. Good thing at least one of the young employees knows how to service customers while the others avoid and ignore.

I stopped by before my drive back to Sacramento to grab a $5 meal deal. They told me that they wouldn't be able to put lettuce on my chicken sandwich because they were out. I understood and I asked them to put cheese as a substitute not realizing that they were going to charge me for and still not give me any lettuce. I asked politely if they could bring the price down to regular price since there was only cheese on it they say that's not how it works. Although I do understand that it might have been out of the manager's control I was hoping that they would help me out because I've never heard of McDonald's running out of lettuce very disappointing.

Drive thru experience was horrible my order was wrong had to get off to take it inside and then argued with me that I wanted refund? I payed for an order and wanted my order how hard is that!!! Food was cold coffee was cold

I ordered food at this McDonalds and the nuggets were burnt the fries were extremely cold. I asked for no onions and let them know my finance was allergic and they put them anyway at which point I had to throw it all away. I tried calling and when they answered apparently the phone was not working. I’m understanding but after working all day and just wanting something to eat this type of service is ridiculous.

NO REFILLS, and this is more like a museum. There is a large exhibition from the history of Mc Donald's corporation. The restrooms are dirty and there is no people cleaning. The sitting area is very hot

Dine im hours are from 5 am till 10pm. Never open!! So disappointed I try to get breakfast before I get on the bto go to work. And I knock to ask how much longer to.open and I get an attitude. And it's usually 10 or 15 mins after posted time. Not my fault you don't follow your posted schedule. Sucks even more than I have to walk to Telegraph and go to 7-11 to breakfast. Terrible management.

With the customer service so far the workers have been polite theve always gotten my order right There's always a restroom provided plus their lobby is always clean .When I get breakfast it's the combo the sausage mcgriddle hash brown and drink and can't forget the syrup
