Worse McDonald’s I’ve been too. Manager was rude, kicking us out. My mom asked for napkins and manager responds saying “we’re close, they didn’t tell you guys” so rude. And the table we ate was so dirty and seen around and they don’t even clean them. Disgusting, when given the order they didn’t give me any napkins, straw, nor ketchup. Poor customer service! Stay away from this place, never again!

I had an issue with the drive thru once so I started just using the app to do curbside. It's probably the 3rd time I go to put my parking space in and I'm told either my order was already picked up or I didn't put in the spot number fast enough and I need to go inside or to the drive thru. What's the point of having the option if it forces you to go inside? It's only this McDonald's that it happens with. I only ordered at this one today because I was using old points that were about to expire and I live close but I'll just drive down the street.

Worst McDonalds i have ever been too, old burgers, old patties, absolutely no sauce on any of the burgers. the fries were insanely salty, workers got attitude. Do yourself a favor just drive to the McDonalds on paramount.

I collected a mobile order for a steak muffin from McDonald's, an item that qualifies for participation in the Monopoly game; however, I did not receive a Monopoly stamp along with my packaging. It is evident that this location has already garnered numerous unfavorable reviews; I am adding another one to your collection.
Juan B manager at store is very rude. Bought two Happy Meals and was given old Happy Meal Toys. Called and spoke to employee Stephanie who said she was a manager and was informed that they had BTS toy number 9 and 10. Waisted my time driving down to resolve with a manager Juan B and he said no. Please have a district manager contact me asap.

What can you say for over billion sold ! The store staff & mcdonald's corporate does care how they treat there customers. Maybe think why a slider burger 🍔 is 4.00, small / med fries 🍟 are 4.00 - 5.00, apple 🍎 🥧 pie is not that good. No senior meals for seniors that come in, you to have a seniors coffee & burger. No counter service, if you want your food cooked hot ! I would suggest maybe looking back at what was working ! How about 1.00 burgers, 1.25 cheese burgers, bring back the deep fried apple & cherry pies, consider having mc chili and chili fries, sausage patie sandwich. If you all care....
