I love Mediterranean food, so I ordered the ground chicken and ground beef kabob. I’m sorry to say I was disappointed. The chicken and beef kabob taste like imitation meat or some kind of processed food, not the real thing. No taste. The other steak or chicken thigh dishes maybe ok, I didn’t try those. I do not recommend the Chicken and Beef Kabob plate.

When purchasing their buy one get one free deals on postmates the app only give you one order and when you try adjusting the double charge you. If you try and cancel they keep the full amount claiming they start the order. I was robbed $73.66.

Although the cashier was friendly and attentive, the cook and other attendee were obviously and visibly more preoccupied with each others conversation than with preparing the food and attending to the customers. The cook spoke back to the customer when asked about the prep time. The food was not anything special and lacked flavor, quality, and apparently attention to preparation. Lacking in service overall.

Service at this place is horrible! After waiting 25 minutes for my food, they started pulling orders for others who ordered after me. Once, I asked the cashier to cancel my order because it was taking too long. She was rude and told me that I couldn’t cancel my order and that I had to wait for my food another 5 minutes, so then I asked for my money back since my food was not ready yet, but she told me that they didn’t offer refunds that I had to wait for my food, I managed a restaurant in the past if a customer would complain to me about waiting too long for their food, I’ll be apologizing and try to make it right for the customer, I called their number on the receipt while I was still waiting for them the serve my food, but the lady on the phone did not apologize for a minute, she told that she need it to find out what happened and that they did not refund money even know my food was not served ****Do not eat here they don’t care about the customers ******
I remember this place was good years ago, if there was an option to put zerosI would gladly do it, because I am disappointed. It is the second time that this place disappoints me. The first time they gave me the meat all burnt, and this time they did not add tomato to the dish. I asked them to give me 2 meat rolls instead of chicken and They charged me extra for changing the roll from chicken to meat and also for a small bottle of jalapeño sauce. Anyway, the girl seems like she doesn't want to work there, all in a bad mood.One recommendation I make to you is to look at the food before grabbing it, so for anything you already know what to do.The owner definitely has to take action on the matter of his employees if he is not going to continue getting very very bad Reviews
