I walk in and there's a few parties before me. The pixies are playing and It's pretty packed for a Tuesday evening. Boy wanted cheese pizza, boy got a mini cheese pizza. Now age of consent is playing my favorite new order song! Now I'm feeling this place! It's my turn, I'm up! They had to check if they had vegan cheese, they found it! Way in the back of the bottom fridge where all the other rarely used items are kept behind the other real cheeses. I had a mod sized pizza with bbq sauce and a lot of veggies. It's comparable to Pieology I don't know if I can tell much of a difference. Oh snap now they are playing Don't waste my time by Sault so basically my Spotify playlist. I do a little sway back and forth as I mouth the lyrics, not too much You can never show your alive and in good spirits or that makes you crazy to most. Okay back to the pizza. Boy said he liked his pizza and that it tasted just like pieology pizza to him. Friendly staff. From the time I opened the door to the time I had my pizza boxes in hand took me 26 minutes. Yeah I'll be back.

Food is good, but the people who work there have absolutely no customer service. They are rude and could care less if you are there they look at you like you're stupid, not even a smile they are always talking amongst each other. I've gone many times and it's always the same no matter who is helping with your order. Maybe that's part of their job to be rude I don't know....

Food is not worth the price or the wait and the staff is the worst, and how you going to have someone making your pizza, handling food and writing and cashiering all while wearing the same gloves, the only thing he's protecting is he's hands ????

The line went fast, they had really good pizza and the beverages were really great. The only things that we didn't like were the flies that tried to get into your drinks, and you kind of have to fend off the flies while you eat. Nobody really cleans up after themselves and you don't see anyone wipe down tables.

they need more staff or faster people they take forever to prepare your pizza, I waited like 10 minutes just so they could finish with 2 people in front of me, and it was extremely cold in there. they also need to adjust the price if you just want a cheese pizza with no toppins why should you pay the same, prices.

Fresh made tasty pizza with a modern family ambiance, great location relatively new place in Downey shopping center Service is quick, you go straight to pick your pizza add the ingredients you wish or pick from the clear menu on the wall, there's soft drinks and beer at hand to add to your order, crew is very efficient and quick and treat you fairly good, i felt comfortable taking my niece and order to go and was a very good tasty pizza, she said it was the best she tried, with the option of thick crust she likes
First time trying mod pizza. The pizza was not good, the toppings were sparse, and the crust tasted undercooked. We did not finish the pizza. The staff were very friendly and nice.

This would be my first time at MOD Pizza. Never before have I created my own pizza and was not familiar with what I could add. So un decisive that at the end I forgot to add the jalapeños. Pizza already in the oven and I asked one of the workers if it was too late to take it out and add jalapeños. He said of course and went out of his way to make my experience unforgettable. Customer service here is great. By the way his name is Joshua. Would totally recommend coming here!!! Thanks Joshua for such outstanding service!!!

Quick, fast, oven brick made pizza! Staff at this location are hit or miss. I get it though, it's a busy place with lots of foot traffic from the surrounding hospital and businesses all around. Sometimes tables get missed for wipe downs, but dang as customers we should be cleaning up after ourselves in an establishment like this. I have a habit of picking out a pie on their specialty menu and then end up adding more to it lol. So then it changes to a custom pizza. Good dough which has the perfect amount of chewiness. I LOVE adding pesto on top! I've experimented with different toppings here, even anchovies! Boy are those salty AF. As for the ambiance, there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. I usually sit inside. And not once have I finished an entire pie here. So I usually have my leftovers later in the day and it holds up well.

Disgusting ?The staff looks like their all high. Girls with 3 inch nails that can even run the card on the register because the nails don’t let her! Just all over, if I could give a 0 I would . Just no, the staff says a lot about how the management is. They’re lax so they lax on the employees for all to see and be disgusted by.

Service above and beyond. I stopped in near closing and there was just enough of there magical berry lemonade to serve the guests in front of me in line. Lucy went out of her way to make sure we were able to indulge in that amazing nectar of the Gods. Thank you!!!!
