Ordered California burrito. Carne asada was very tiny pieces of meat, not consistent with typical carne asada taco shop meat, had big pieces of tomato. It didn't match what was described once I asked what was in the burrito vs what came with it when I ate it.
The meat has some of the better flavor ive seen in a long time. Tried the tacos and tortas and they were good. The torta seems a bit off. I feel like they are using the wrong ingredients or the incorrect order because the lettuce was soggy and drove down the taste. By no means is this bad food. I think it just needs some rethinking. Dont change the meat. Do avocado instead of guac on the torta. Find a way to keep the lettuce crispy. And i think the cilantro may not belong in the...
