The lady on 2/12/2024 @ about 12 p.m. told me I couldn't get icing on a chocolate chip cookie also known as specialy cookie. That I have got all my life!! So mad because I drove all the way over here just for that! Do better Mrs. Fields.

Great white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. The chocolate chip cookies are rich. Cookies are cooked perfectly.

I ordered 120 nibbles by mail this is what I got. Cookies smashed together. I can not count, serve, separate, or identify them. All the cookies were placed in a plastic bag in a tin can instead of being packed in boxes. Of course blame it on the USPS. The dough is mushy like they were undercooked or did not have time to cool.

I came TO this store at 1:25 PM today an the cookies tasted hard an stale..they tasted like the DAY OLD COOKIES they sale half price the next day....i will not come back to this One NO more ..
