Says they close at 9 o’clock, but they were apparently closed much earlier making $20 an hour to make and serve food lol they don’t like to work… was was locked well before I walked up…. I will no longer purchase from this company because apparently they don’t hire employees that need to eat, I work 16 hour days, taking people their food making less than they do.

I always love getting me some Ono BBQ. It's really good but expensive. Their portion sizes are big however, so it evens out. I love their self served sauce station, it's great for saucy folks. I got the chicken katsu plate and lemme tell you, I wish there was more rice because there was so much katsu on that plate it was a big piece every mouth bite. I love the steamed veggies, cooked well and complements the katsu really well. Also got their spam masubi and it was really good. I would say its priced a little too much for what it is, maybe like $4.50 - $5 not $6 for 2. Other than that, I will be coming back. Great food!

Ono is really yummy, and their portion sizes remain large. It’s not the cheapest place but the quality is good. Expect to pay about $25 or so per person.

I am a frequent visitor and usually had good experience with this place, but today I received burned fried white fish on top of the miscommunication that resulted in the removal of steamed vegetables, which was not what I wanted. I specifically said I don't want rice and wanted macaronis. The server removed all sides and put only macaronis. Over at least 5 years of visiting, there were only very few displeased service and food quality occasions, but today I had both and leaving this comment with 2 star rating.
It can get busy, and orders can take long, so bring your patience. Also bring money, it's no cheap. The tables are too close together. The service is ok, the food is ok, mostly the macaroni and rice. The chicken has too much fat. Get extra sauce. Otherwise, you won't have enough. There is plenty of parking for all.
