The food is good. The different dishes are always great, I just wish Panda would change their chow mein. There are local Chinese food restaurants with BETTER chow mein than Panda.

The restaurant seemed clean, the service was timely but the food was horrible. We have a Panda Express where we are from and so we thought it would be a safe place to eat the first night there but it was disgusting. We barely ate half of it.

I ordered through DoorDash and the truth is it was super expensive but I still had the idea that it was going to bring a good amount of food and I was wrong, very little food, it was a scam, the chicken was only two pieces and the rice was very little, I was shocked when I saw the misery of food they sent me, I had never shopped in a place and they gave me so little food, I was disappointed, a total failure

There was a woman's hair in my food and when I notified the manager they did not take it seriously. Horrible service. I will never return to this location.

I ordered a meal for pickup. Orange chicken, of course, plus Kung Pao chicken. When I picked it up I asked for a cup of water but was refused because their water wasn't working in their soda fountain. So I had to eat the spicy food with nothing to drink. Apparently the manager here isn't interested in customer service or they at least would've offered a soda.

I placed an online order and it was ready in 5 minutes, the store was packed with people around 5:20 p.m. and the team were very efficient. I waited at the pickup area and the cashier was busy, when he finish his current customer he asked me if I'm here for the online order. I show him the text that my food is ready and he located my foot and handed me to my food right away. I was so hungry I sit in the car finish my food while watching people waited in store lineup forever. The portion was great they are not stingy food were fresh and hot.
Why is it that you put into the food a tons of garlic it really sucks, it's ok to give flavor to it but consider using less garlic

I just picked up an order from Panda Express Downey branch (corner of Firestone and Brookshire), eager to try the new hot orange chicken. However, when I got home, I realized it was missing from my order. This was particularly disappointing as it was the item I was most excited about.
On the bright side, when I called the store to report the issue, they handled it well by refunding me the entire amount promptly. While I appreciate the excellent customer service, I hope they improve their order accuracy in the future to avoid such inconveniences.
