You no longer get as much food as you used to which makes this an overpriced restaurant. However, I understand franchise location don’t really have that much say on portion sizes and prices so my review is based solely on customer service which was fantastic. They were very nice. I did do mobile ordering and my food was ready upon arrival. The restaurant was very clean. When I went the hand sanitizer was empty so not sure if they just don’t fill them anymore or if they just hadn’t gotten around to it. It’s wasn’t a big deal for me but it might be worth noting.

A plate always costs around $11-13. Always the best choice to eat.
The owner is in the kitchen helping cook and he constantly monitors how much the staff is serving the guest. You could see how uncomfortable they felt. They serve small portions compared to other panda restaurants.

The restaurant seemed clean, the service was timely but the food was horrible. We have a Panda Express where we are from and so we thought it would be a safe place to eat the first night there but it was disgusting. We barely ate half of it.
Would like it if they still had eggplant tofu!
