The restaurant is dirty. There wasn't a single clean table. I had to go find napkins to clean my table. It's frustrating to arrive here and find it dirty everywhere. I will never return here. I don't recommend

Torn on the star rating. Truly nice people at this location but I have to tell you I'm sick and tired of them leaving the cheese out of my French Onion Soup. Makes it tasteless. It's literally a 50/50 shot of whether it's going to be in there or not. It's not like I can tell before driving off either. Please get better in this regard.
Pretty bad service at the drive-through. Take them forever, average wait time through the drive-through is at least 5 min. Even spoke to the manager of the store and she kept blaming on the system shutting down? I like the food; just really don't like how they do nothing about the long wait at the drive thru. I even asked if they would send a long order to wait by the drive up and the manager was very nonchalant about it. Just horrible customer service nowadays. Don't expect much I guess when I come to low-end places like this one.

The place is very dirty. They need someone to constantly be cleaning the tables, the drink area and the trash every. There is food and dust all over the place. The dining area is a mess. The food is good but it is hard to enjoy with the place being so dirty

Today i was disappointed I get salads from here often. However, today I ordered a Southwestern salad and only received half of a half salad. The halves are normally full I didn't see it until I made it home.
