I do regret 100% going to this location tonight, 12/27/2025. I ordered New York style crust, I got original crust. I ordered extra pepperoni, there was hardly any pepperoni at all. I ordered bacon, I didn't see bacon at all. The pizza was warmed, but it wasn't fully baked. Every bite that I took felt like eating a cheese and tomato sauce pizza. We ate half because I didn't want to go back to waste my time, I threw the other half away. Plus they gave me a pepper that belongs in the trash can. It seems to me like a useless employee, who hates his/her job, made my pizza just because he/she didn't have any other options. Piece of garbage, very horrible experience; I will never come back. I thought that Domino's was bad, but now I realize that Papa Jones is way worse. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Don't order pizza from this location, unless you want to waste your time and money.

Man what can I say. This is best papa John’s I’ve ever been to. The manager Mike is what every manager in the food service should be. Attentive, respectful, and overall helpful. The pizza is great here and even more the service. Thanks a lot Mike I’m coming back for sure👍🏼

The guy barely gave us any toppings at all, my pizza is basically bare and he said he weighs out the toppings when there’s literally NONE AT ALL. I usually order from Papa John’s on Paramount and they’re 10000000x better, consistent, less stingy, and provide better service. Asked for my pizza to be remade and they said they’d have to charge for a new pizza. Never coming back here ever again.

I just came in today to place a carry out order. The man making pizza didn't wash his hands before asking what can I get for you. Then he says I'm not taking any new orders right now. I have to wait for 30-45 minutes. So I walked out. Very poor customer service.
