This place never disappoints! Have been here multiple times within a year, and I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Nonetheless an employee by the name of Armando is an exceptional worker who is always determined to provide wonderful service, not once have I ever felt let down or uncared for and that is truly a rare sight to see nowadays and it comforts me being in good hands. Whatever it is you need or request the employees are there for you. Not to mention how ideal and clean the location is, it brings a very heart warming sports-like atmosphere that truly makes sense with a fitting setting lol. Don't even get me started with how great the food is! I always go for Pepperoni Cheesesteak and IT NEVER GETS OLD!! You have outdone yourself, truly an amazing place to grab something to grub on.

Meny says Philly cheese steak, the sandwich has no beef steak, and I'm not sure what kind of meat they are using! Also, I asked for onions and green peppers, and in not sure why they offer a teaspoon of those ingredients, you can get more condiments at AM PM when buying a hot dog.

Avoid this place. I'm surprised this place has an A rating when the hygiene and cleanliness is atrocious. For one the oil used is absolutely dirty, so no wonder people have stomach issues after eating here. But my main complaint is the usage of wearing the same gloves for EVERYTHING. When I walked in I saw one of the workers mopping the floor and then immediately go and touch a bag of fries with the SAME gloves to put into the fryer. This is the second time something like this has happened. The first time, a worker who took my order and touched the money I gave him then went and started making my sandwich with the SAME gloves (he was also cleaning the counter with a dirty rag before I approached with the same gloves). Go elsewhere.

The way the bread held up when I finished the second half of the sandwich was perfect the atmosphere is definitely for an eagles fan
Staff was super friendly. Cheese steaks were good. Seemed a little smaller than what I remembered but was still a good sandwich. Fries are always good here.

I came here 5 times within the past 2 weeks and everyone was great and very great with customer service, very friendly....Until tonight I encountered Armando C. Who likes to argue with the customer and makes sure the customer is uncomfortable, as long as he gets the last word in. Will continually tell you "I have been here for 4 years" and "you don't need to get angry" anyone who works in customer service knows you do not say that to customers. I will no longer come to this location...and yes Armando is to blame..Maybe figure customer service out and how to speak to people. Your 4 years working somewhere is not impressive if someone with less time has better customer service than you do. You have a lot to learn.
