I like this location more so than some of the other franchise locations I've been to around Southern California because of the food quality somehow is different and better. There's more mushrooms and peppers in the sandwiches are always piping hot! Can't say it's the cleanest location and most of the time they have third tier wrestling on the TV which isn't always kid friendly but food not at no is the bottom line! Service also is good here at this location.

Everything is made to order. I tend to like mushrooms, grilled peppers and onions in my cheese steak. Try their Philly's Best Sandwich if you're down to try that combination.
