They have horrible customer service. The Downey location guy was very rude and did not want to correct the order without charging me full price again if he corrected it. I went to Mod pizza and told them where I just came from and the horrible experience I just had at pizza hut. They gave my pizza free. Now that's customer service that will be my go too.

Very bad service, the male workers are very discriminatory for not knowing English, the angry gestures they make when you tell them that they do speak Spanish Very bad place, I don't know why they put people as poorly educated as them to work. The truth is that I do not recommend this place badly for the owners because without customers the pizza restaurants do not prosper because of people like the ones they serve.

Do not order delivery from Pizza Hut, if your order is wrong they blame door dash. Door dash blames Pizza Hut, maybe if pizza Hut had inhouse delivery drivers like Domino's the finger pointing could be avoided. The manger of the location at 9111 imperial is rude and unapologetic about their poor service. If items are missing you will have to drive over yourself to retrieve them after arguing with him.

This is the second time now the pizza is overcooked the buffalo wings had zero buffalo sauce on them. The food was delivered cold since they use door dash to deliver for them now and charge a 6.99 delivery fee and you receive cold food
