I ordered six Pan pizzas for carryout. I then picked up the pizzas and brought them home only to realize 3 of the pizzas were not Pan. 2 were handtossed and 1 was thin crust. Obviously my guests were upset so I called the store and they answered already knowing the order I was talking about. A male answered the phone and said “we made it that way because we ran out of pan. Sorry.” I was stunned at this response and explained to him that if that was the case they should have called me to authorize that decision, which they did not. He simply said “sorry all I can do is refund the $1.90 per pan pizza, Just call customer service bro.” He said his name was “Shawn” but based on the deceitful behavior I wouldn’t be surprised if that was wasn’t even true. Pickup time was around 10 pm and there was only one male working on site from what I observed during pickup. I could never order from Pizza Hut considering this unprofessional behavior. I even gave them a $10 tip for carryout.

I'm done with Pizza Hut. Their prices are INSANE if you don't use the app, and even if you do it's hard to make sure you actually et the deal you think you're getting. It felt like a scam....We thought our order would be around $16 ish like advertised, ended up being almost $36 for 1X LARGE PIZZA. what a HUGE rippoff. The pizza itself was just-okay, but NO WHERE NEAR what a $36 pizza should be. I'm done with this company.

It was a very bad experience,that hopefully it wont happen again to anyone.The store Manager(Pizza Hut Downey,9111 imperial highway branch)was very rude and unprofessional. Not even introduce himself,was asked his name many times but never gave.He hanged up the phone while I'm still talking.I called the the store just to clarify why the Doordash delivery guy was asking a cash payment since I already paid my order online and it was already charged on my debit account. The food was taken back by the doordash guy since i didnt agree to pay the cash that was asking buy him.I called that pizza hut store whom i put my order and One staff answered my call and was transferred me to that rude manager.I'm so disappointed coz I was expecting that someone can help or explain what's going on, but instead, an UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE AND WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER is the one who dealed with me.I wasn't received the help and answer that I was asking...what I needed right now is to just return the payment that was charged on my account..and never buy or eat on that place anymore.I hope Pizza Hut management will take action with this concerns.

Placed an order with the girl in front desk. Two large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and one large pepperoni & sausage pizza with stuffed crust. Carry-out. Total was $89. While waiting I happened to check online ( same location store) place same exact order and total was $65! I told the manager and he said he could do anything about it because I had already paid. I was very upset! My advice is place the order online because they WILL rip you off in store.
When I arrived to this place, no o e greet at us also I know there are rules on restaurant but my grandchild and my self needs to use the restroom and I ask an employees he seems like he’s rude and also not for this business not even said Hi or anything I know I work on restaurant we need customers but this guy name Alberto seems like he’s so rude not even polite with customers 😒😞 I feel bad for the business is nobody in hería mean that’s the reason for it

They have horrible customer service. The Downey location guy was very rude and did not want to correct the order without charging me full price again if he corrected it. I went to Mod pizza and told them where I just came from and the horrible experience I just had at pizza hut. They gave my pizza free. Now that's customer service that will be my go too.
