Randy’s at Downey. The lady working the day that I bought my very first dozen, Alexis E. , is super nice even when she was the only one manning the shop. She was very busy between the front store and drive thru but at the same time very quick and efficient. Inspite of being busy she still got time to answer my questions with a smile, and mind you, she’s filling drive thru orders at the same time. I can’t say enough good adjectives with this little (petite) dynamo. If am the owner she deserves more than a raise. The donut itself is really good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- for Alexis and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- for the donuts

Came in from 3 hours north for a trip to LA Recorder Office to wait for 2 hours at the office. Seen Randy's on my way home and decided to treat us to a donut. Came in and instantly was welcomed by Ashlie at the counter. She was AH-Mazing! She was friendly, outgoing, and made our prior experience melt away. Her friendly personality and knowledge of flavors of each donut helped us decide on the kind of treat we needed. Plus she made a few recommendation's that turned out to be delicious! If we are back in town, we will make our way to this location for the delicious donuts and wonderful staff!

Had better donuts for the price to much dough and not very tasty for the amount preferred Krispy kream all day. Also employees have attitude like they just don't want to sell donuts juts get out attitude.

This particular Randy’s location consistently seems to be out of donuts, no matter what time I visit. I’ve tried multiple times, hoping for a different outcome, but each time has been a disappointment. Bear Claw? Not available. Coconut Raised? Nope. Plain buttermilk? No luck there either. Whenever I ask the staff, they always have an excuse for the lack of stock. I find it hard to believe that a donut shop can operate without donuts. I’m not alone in this experience, as others have also voiced this same concern, highlighting a clear issue. Management should really consider what their customers are stating because there is truth to this.

They have the best donuts around! They are massive donuts and some old school traditional types like sprinkles and the old fashion chocolate bars (soooo good). We also love the long John maple bars and the Randy's glazed rounds. I think out of all the times we have gone we only got one stale donut (towards the evening) but usually everything is really fresh tasting.
