Very small parking lot, but there is more parking around the grocery store near by.
I tried the new Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake, and Parmesan Garlic Fries with the roasted garlic aioli. That aioli brings out a Chicken Shack so well with the pickles! The crinkle cut fries were perfectly crisp and soft on the inside. I also think they make a tender and the best chicken sandwich in the quick service restaurant industry. The buttermilk herb mayo goes well with the chicken. Ordering on the app is very easy. I spent under $20 since I had a coupon offer on my Shake Shack app. An employee was right in the front of the register telling me if I need any help for my pickup order. I told him I wanted my order for here instead. He happily accommodated my request. Overall, it was a quiet dining room for being past 10PM. It is nice to know that Shake Shack is consistent wherever I go!

First off, food was fine. It’s shake shack. However, the management was sooooo rude. The workers were fine and nice but the manager Rose was so rude to her workers you can just tell she’s definitely a pain. She was dismissive and clearly wanted to get rid of me when I had an undercooked burger. Someone give this lady a reality check that she works at fast food and I just wanted a regular cooked burger man.

Drive through gentleman w the snake bites was super sweet! been here once before and blindly came back to try out new things and dude was super helpful and friendly … also food was great loved the toffee shake! 🤘😊

I got the double burger and it was okay, but I've had way better at other places. The onion rings were a huge dissapointment. Not sure where this franchise get's it's onion rings, but I know Shake Shack on the other side of the country has way better onion rings. These onion rings look like the crap you get at the grocey store in the freezer section.... No real taste and heavily salted. $6.99 for howmany you get is ridiculous, there were only 5. I don't think I will ever order again.

I walked inside and was told the menu for cars in the drive was different than the menu inside. No combos. You have to order everything separately. Why...? Makes no sense. The burgers are the size of egg Mc Muffins. The burgers taste ok. Nothing special that would make me crave this place.

I got the S'mores shake. Delucious! The fries were good although the cheese sauce topping them was a little disappointing.
I was surprised at the limited choices of flavors of shakes. I expected a wide variety considering the name of the place.

The staff was friendly the food tasted great BUT the price and portion size is horrible. I spent $85 on 4 burgers, 3 drinks, and 2 cheese dogs and they were tiny! Women’s palm size tiny and No fries included. With that pricing they should include the fries and drink. Go to Porto’s in Downey, it’s across the street big portions, way better pricing.
