I like coming to this Shakey’s. The food is always fresh. Today we had excellent service from Anthony who was at the register, he took a moment to share the happy hour specials. Saved us some money and we enjoyed our lunch. Thanks Anthony! Keep up the great work.

As a dad, I’d say a family of four can expect to spend around $100, maybe a bit more if the kids hit up the arcade. The salads are decent, but the pizza stands out definitely better than average. However, the real star is the chicken; it’s packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned.

These workers shouldn't even be working here the guys act so immature and talk bad about others like being in high-school not respecting a customer at all they need to hire workers that show love for there job and hire mature workers as well very disappointing service I got today from them .

We ordered chicken, and it came out completely soaked in oil. Not crispy, not fresh just dripping grease to the point where it was hard to eat.
It honestly tasted like the oil was old and reused, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. The quality was terrible, and it felt careless and unsafe.
Between the food quality and the overall experience, this place has serious problems with standards and kitchen management. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money at all.
I would never order food from Shakey’s Pizza Parlor again.

We placed our order exactly at 5:00 PM. It’s now 6:48 PM, and we’re still being told “10 more minutes.” That’s almost two hours of waiting for a simple order, while the restaurant is not busy at all.
No apology, no clear explanation, and zero respect for customers’ time. Every time we ask, we get the same lazy response as if this is normal.
If you can’t handle orders or meet reasonable wait times, don’t accept them in the first place. Very poor service, bad management, and extremely disappointing experience.
This is definitely the last time I order from Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
