I am not one to do this but come on it’s 2026 the prices are darn high to not receive the customer service we deserve. Very bad customer service. The vibe was off. One of the workers looked high. The girl with the tattoos look like she was mad dogging me. The gyozas were undercooked and when I tried to tell the workers she walked away and ignored me. She then proceeded with telling me that I was the one who gave her attitude when I was only trying to get her attention to tell her about the gyozas and the missing seaweed I had ordered. Very disappearing in today’s service. Not going back again.

The food was good and came out fast. The ramen and one slice of pork belly were not worth the $15 price. The waitress came back to bring us the check and walked away. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything else or if we would like our drinks refilled. NO SERVICE NO TIP.

I called to let them know the lid wasn’t on properly and I burned my lap on the way home and all they can say was “what do you want me to do about it?”. Check the damn lids that’s what. Yall better hope my burn isn’t as bad it is or I get discoloration.

Came when it was empty and most recently when it was raining and the place was packed. Atmosphere was great both times! When it was packed, we only waited less than 5 minutes. Very attentive service and amazing food!

OK so this is my third time coming here and I'm a little surprised that the servers (who are mostly young females ) have absolutely no personality and are not effective communicators, maybe I could chuck this down to the fact that they're 18 - 21 (or something similar) but not once did I get checked up on to ask how my meal was, or if I needed anything, there was also a hair that was on my table and I asked for it to be cleaned up and the server did clean it up but I had to ask for it and she didn't acknowledge or apologize for the fact there was a disgusting hair on my table while I was dining. I literally felt like I was talking to a wall when I asked for something they would bring it out but they would not acknowledge the fact that I asked for it nor did they say anything, i.e. I asked for hot sauce, she brought it to the table, no words spoken. I asked for a Coca-Cola to be brought my table, no words exchanged, I asked for the check - it was brought to my table no words exchanged, I still tipped over 20% even though the service was horrible, I asked for a receipt , again no words were exchanged - no 'thank you' or 'please come back' again. You go here for the food, the service is honestly somewhat miserable, or maybe I just come from a generation where people do exchange pleasantries, whatever it is times are definitely changing. Management definitely needs to have a conversation with their wait staff.

good portions and good quality food :) customer service is always helpful, servers are very attentive. got the pork belly bowl for the first time and it was very yummy. the pieces were meaty and a bit crispy which was nice. always love their boiled/seasoned eggs, such a good jammy texture.
