Drinks were watered down, I ordered a matcha latte and it literally tasted like I had a cup of milk .Parking: I ordered Sunday 3/30/24 at 10:20pm , so whatever barista that was There on that shift please re teach them how to make drinks because that was an unpleasant experience.

I've been around Lakewood and this Starbucks location here has to be the least nicest and most rudest. Definitely has the most woke employees who believe they are WAY above their customers treating them pretty disgustingly. If you're going through drive-thru you get a nice smile and a conversation, you come inside, you get glares and looks like they don't want you there.P.S. I believe there is one worker I don't know if she's a shift leader or a manager but she definitely brings the attitude and is the one in charge with the mood of the environment.

I ordered a Pike with half n half and 2 splendas. They gave me 2 sugar packets for me to mix my own drink. I paid for a service and was highly disappointed.

I went to this location before dropping off my child to school. There was a long line and l already running late. But I promised my daughter to get her drink. I was ordering and everything was fine. When my drink was finally out they handed it out the wrong person. After a 20 minute if waiting l finally went to complain and they just handed my a drink. After getting in my car l realized that l was handed the wrong drink. Not only were we now late but my daughter had to go to school without anything in her stomach.

Approximately 20mts.When ordering in side location and mobile orders.On the mobile order might say "ready 6-9mts" but when you get there after the "promise time" I still have to wait for the order. Also, At times when ordering multiple items its ready at a different time. Would be good to complete one whole order at a time then start preping the next order.
