The wait time has been ridiculous lately. The line is super long and takes forever to move. Even mobile orders are taking 13 mins plus. Not to mention they forget to give you all your items. Definitely hitting up a small business coffee shop is better

Apparently it says open 24 hours but at 3am it's closed and all employees and managers all take lunch breaks together.
I’m on the road. How am I to drink my warm tea like this. I also ordered a PB&J box and was informed at pickup I had the other two option - cheese or egg box. What 🫣

HORRIBLE. They rather assist the drive thru line and mobile orders than the individuals waiting outside. I had to wait 30+ min for my ONE drink. Decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere.
