LOL I asked for double smoked bacon with no cheese but got cheese and no egg … 😅😂😂 How do you make that mistake? Good thing I got a loaf to go with my coffee too But great service and my drink was correct 👍🏼

I just had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks that felt like discrimination. I asked the barista for the restroom code before ordering, and he told me it was only for paying customers. I explained that I planned to make a purchase right after using the restroom, and he gave me the code. I then bought a drink and sat down inside the store. Shortly after, a family of five came in. They all used the restroom without being questioned, and the barista didn’t say a word to them. They even got cups of water to go without buying anything. Watching that made me feel uncomfortable and HURT I didn’t feel like confronting the barista. Never again going back to that place again!

The cashier sounds as he is doing you a favor, his attitude terrible, regular coffee took 10 min, I asked for nonfat milk on the side, wasn't given, so I ask to the short red head girl and she replied WHAT? they all seem they are not happy working here. $4 for just a coffee and I get this attitude?? Never coming back.

This place is a very bad atmosphere when I was there waiting for my friend so we could order together. This rude gentleman came up to me and say you have to leave I was already there ordering I felt pressure and very disrespected. This rude gentleman had curly hair and I recommend to not go there if you are going to take your time
Parking: 12/6/24 4:20am ordered mobile in store pickup turns out there is no in store pickup until 6am. Can still pickup an order through the front door if needed.

Today, I went through the drive thru. I ordered venti Iced Apple Crisp Chai. The order on the screen said pumpkin chai. I corrected the order twice. When asked for my name I said no. I go to the pick up window. The employee had an attitude issue. Employee said I did not respect them. When I tried to address the comment, the employee slammed the window in my face. I have not been at this Starbucks in months and to be treated like this was on uncall for. I will stay away from this location.
