Absolutely useless, some dumb teenager with an ipad took my order but apparently it didn't register so when I rolled up to the window they had to take it again but I didn't remember what exactly it was I ordered so I just left, only reason I went is because I had a gift card, absolute trash service

I love Starbucks always go for my caramel frappe they are always polite either going or coming from physical therapy I have to stop at the Starbucks because I love the energy inside of the store what's all of the employees great job you guys

To this location to grab a coffee and I got mostly ice and the girl at the drive-through gave me an attitude never coming back to this location, horrible
Place a pickup order today and this is what I get . I ordered a cappuccino and I get lots of foam and very little coffee . I’ve tried calling the store and phone is always busy

I think Starbucks cares more about the money and not the service anymore. It's kinda sad. I will think twice from now on if I really need an expensive drink and terrible service.

as someone who works at Chick Fil A and goes to college for hospitality/ Culinary Arts this place is a disappointment ! No one welcomes in the guests as they walk in, today when I walked in no one acknowledged me or asked me who I was here to pick up for, I noticed that the Starbucks partners (employees) were all just laughing and goofing around that I get it that’s fine but talk and work at the same time! Anyways the cherry on top was when my app said my drink was mad and I wondered where it was, whole time it was sitting in the drive thru while everyone ignored or didn’t call it out ! The girls kept laughing and I was like it has to be my drink so I got up to ask they didn’t help me till I was louder but kindly and they said huh oh wait it’s here like yes it’s been sitting here cause no one called it back, it was getting gross and watery, horrible customer service

A refresher with lemonade was given to me and I dont drink lemonade due to heartburn and indigestion, well they lied to me and said it had no lemonade, that the base changed and if it tasted lemon like that it was the base. I took 4 drinks but immediately felt it, aside from the fact that it tasted like lemonade. Went back for a refund and they remade it with no lemonade this time and of course it was great because they actually made it right this time. Im writing this because people have allergies and bad reactions to certain foods and although I said no lemonade and when I said I think it has lemonade and for a worker the come up to me a say that it had no lemonade and that the new base tastedlemon like is not cool. Fyi they also mentioned that they can do light lemonade if I wanted, again I said I can't drink lemonade, no lemonade, they asked me this when I went to get the refund. Smh admitting to what was done.

Im addicted to the iced peach green tea lemonade.
The lady Kimberly who helped us was rude..in a nice kind of way but still....Rude.. probably the worst service I've recieved at a Starbucks. Kind of sad
They are purposely incorrectly making doordash orders because they don’t expect you to notice or fix it. I’ve ordered a shaken espresso via door dash twice and I’ve also picked one up. Both times that I got it on doordash it was bitter as if I didn’t get any of the extra toppings that I paid for! I hate bitter coffee so this left me extremely frustrated both times. However when I picked it up it was made perfect and I could even see the caramel. Do better because your customers are spending hard earned money on your products. If I wanted to taste bitter coffee and a bunch of milk I would’ve went to DD.
Food was great, drive thru service was horrible!! There was 6 cars ahead of me and waited 35 minutes. The girl at the drive up window, needs to be more friendly and faster.
They didn’t have an energy drink and I had to wait 20 mins to get out the drive thru. Trash.
