I've come here to work for a couple of hours. It's a bit small shop but it does the job. I just need one seat and an outlet while working on my laptop.
I want to thank Monze & her manager Gizel for going out of their way to make my order correct. I’m old school so I get so confused with sizes and names they were so helpful and made the process painful. Much appreciated ladies.

I love going to this Starbucks it's always nice to go for a refreshing drink. The last time I
went to this starbucks was with my sister last week, it was a pretty stressful week for
the both of us as the both of us had a lot of testing to do all that week. We barely had
any time to get out and do something to take our stress away. Going to starbucks and
order our regular matcha and strawberry frappuccino was exciting, once we entered
we were greeted and welcomed with warm smiles from the workers. We ordered our
drinks and got them within a few minutes, they were so delicious and refreshing drinks.
My sister even order another drink for us, it was a pink drink. The drink contained
strawberries, which I thought gave the drink more flavor and the drink was a cute pink
colorful drink and tasted really good as well as the other drinks we got. I really
recommended this Starbucks if you're looking for a place to have a refreshing drink
with friends, family, or even by yourself!

So I go to Starbucks often, and I have nothing bad to say; it’s good, believe or not. So the workers are nice people and understanding too, they have such a nice place to work on assignments or just sit in pace and enjoy the time there. The drinks are great and so are the treats they have there. But maybe they can be a bit better with names; that would be great. But other than that, the place is amazing. Oh! And I like how anyone minds their own business most of the time.

This Starbucks management needs to step it up here and BETTER TRAIN their employees. This is unacceptable. So for one They are ripping people off (giving one tea bag for medicine ball? nope it’s suppose to have two different types of tea, what they did was pull a lazy fast one on me today… I was there at 430 on a Sunday 1/26 and I waited in a drive through line for well over 10 + min!!!!! for them to give me a medicine ball with one tea bag my drink tasted awful and IM SICK TRYING TO GET BETTER shame on them for sending this out to meI order this often and know how it’s to be made!!!! I also ordered a caramel frap line the cup extra. You want to know what they did? They squirted the extra camel at the bottom of the cup it was discussing. I’m reaching out to corp because this is very bad. Check your drinks before you drive off! Awful customer service here today. Shame on them.
Everytime I get coffee ( even when I ask it to be remade ) from this one it tastes burnt. Every single time! The good one around here is on Lakewood and telegraph.
They never ha e the toppings they always run out of drinks, it's 9 am and they don't have certain drinks, managment needs to do better and order more ingredients more coffee etc. They are doing a horrible job.

Came with my daughter to this Starbucks to help her with homework. We purchase drinks and grilled cheese sandwiches. While there a man walked in and sat down, did not purchase anything and waited for another man that arrived later. For what I witnessed he was selling or showing different types of essential oils, very strong smell (more like car fluids/oil) that after a while gave me a headache. I didn’t want to approach them in person, so opted for asking one of the workers if they could be asked to conduct business in the outside patio due to the strong smell. The worker told me she was going to ask her supervisor. Nothing happened, more people came and it became horrible to be there. I approached the worker again and she said the manager told her there’s nothing he could do because “it’s a public place” I agree, “public” for everyone as long as it does not bother anyone. Unbelievable, had to leave the place and the little pyramid type looking business stayed there.
