Unacceptable customer service. There were 3 staff and it took 30 minutes for them to make 5 drinks. A customer ordered after me, but somehow got their drink before me. Once it was 30 minutes, I let the staff know if they had made my drink yet because I have been waiting 30 minutes and she got very snappy and rude with me and said there are online orders she is making that came before me. The whole time I've been there I watched them make only five drinks. They move so slow like a snail even with 3 staff. I will be complaining to corporate. No wonder they have low reviews.

The young lady taking my order was not bad. However the other girl had a very rude look and attitude. No sense of urgency or concern that there was a pile of customers waiting for their drinks. Any slower and she would've gone back in time. Almost looks as if shes doing it on purpose. Yeah doing it present tense. I'm watching her as I write this. Crazy. I would drug test them all they look like they're on pain killers or high on weed. Just imagine a female version of Cheech and Chong making coffee with that no concern look on their faces. Seems like the more people pace back and forth the slower they move. It's been almost 30min waiting for one drink. Never again. Ok she finished. Finally. Her name is Kenia by the way.

They are very rude. The drinks they make are very bad. This is the first time in my life that I have had such a bad Starbucks drink. They can't even make the classic matcha. Their managers are very rude.

NO WATER FOR COSTUMERS!! I was shopping at Macys in stonewood mall. After a long day of shopping with my kids at Macys I made line due to the kids being thirsty. I have always gotten water at every starbucks I go and for the first time ever they told me I had to purchase something to get a free cup of water. That is ridiculous. To deny water to my kids is outrageous for a coffee shop so prestige like starbucks. I will never be going back to this specific starbucks. Beware everyone if you need water you will have to buy something for a free cup of water.

There are too many Starbucks around to pay $6.45 for a grande refresher. You can get a treinta at a corporate or Target one for that price. I sent my kid to get one (1st and absolute last time) & unfortunately had I known he was getting ripped off I would have taken it back for a refund. This is ridiculous that this tiny drink cost the amount of Starbucks largest size. But Macy's owns it so that is why it costs more than any other Starbucks. Even Disney doesn't overcharge at theirs. Appalled & disgusted.

I was going to buy a large drink and they tell me they don't have large drinks but a few minutes later I see a couple of people with large drinks, I don't know if they're just discriminating or just don't have enough supplies to give ?!?! Beats me, don't waste your money here

Avoid this Starbucks. Bought a $5 cake pop and when I didn’t tip the guy for handing me the pop he got upset and never gave me my water. Waste of time and money. I noticed they don’t wash their hand after handling money and making drinks.

The straws Starbucks uses are very poor quality! I ordered mocha Frappuccino with my mom and the straws break so easily and we didn’t even apply any force! We drank them normally and they spilt apart it ended hurting our mouth and lips! This is very unacceptable to see This from Starbucks!! There needs to be Serious Changes Now!!!!

Super disappointed with the service here. The service is extremely slow and from what I hear from employees that get coffee here everyday, it's not worth the money at all. I'm not sure who trains this location but the drinks are not well made at all. Not to mention the staff is unwelcoming and there is a lot of standing around. From a professional stand point, the entire staff needs to be retrained.

The barista here around 5pm Saturday 7/30 has no idea how to make a Shaken Expresso Venti size. Half of the cup was foam.I threw my drink away. What a waste of time.
