The food is still great, but the service has definitely declined over the years. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 20–25 minutes. I arrived after 35 minutes, only to find my order still wasn’t ready and had to wait even longer. I had timed my lunch break carefully, expecting to have time to eat, but I was left with just 10 minutes to quickly finish my meal. It’s disappointing when you plan ahead and still end up rushed. I had the opportunity to try the Grub Cheeseburger and it was just amazing. It was so fresh and full of flavor. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a burger spot to come try them out!
Great burgers. Meh fries. Excellent service.
My friend and I did notice we felt more bloated than usual when eating burger meals. Not sure if that has to do with the oil they use since he got a different dish but also an order of fries.
