This subway needs a deep clean. If you look in the kitchen it’s very gross. Also they had paper in their cucumber on Saturday 10/18! Their veggies are always overly frozen and soggy. I won’t be back with a food place this disgusting.

I got overcharged again. The guy didn’t even listen to what I ordered and then over charged me. I’m not coming back again. I don’t know if they understand me or anything. This is crazy. I call in to talk to manager but never get a call back. I think they need new management.

I went to eat there and I ask for restroom, and I saw the dady say with the finger no to the co worker sorry lost a customer
Every time I came in there were two younger guys working and they were fantastic. Both work fast and pay attention so they are able to make my order perfectly and with great customer service.
I’m sadly profound for this specific Subway restaurant. I came to this subway with my two kids, were waiting in line for a while and this older lady named Patty sees us but instead of helping us asked an older man who was behind us for his order. As she was making his sandwich we just looked at her. After a while she finally acknowledged us and asked “What are you waiting for?” (If it wasn’t for the fact that my kids were with me I would have used some choice words with her) I replied “food!” She then said “What do you want?”
Now, if the management of this restaurant cannot hire or have a staff that is not professional it speaks immensely about its lack of quality. I will never return to this restaurant and will warn others of its poor service.

I’ve been ordering from this Subway location for a while now, and I have to say, Erika has truly made every experience exceptional. I often place large orders for work, and without fail, Erika ensures everything is prepared to perfection. Her professionalism, kindness, and reliability make her an asset to Subway.
Erika consistently goes above and beyond whether it’s handling special requests, making sure every ingredient is fresh, or just being incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. She always checks that every detail is just right, and it’s clear she takes pride in delivering top quality food and service. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care into their work, and I can honestly say it’s made a difference for our team.
If you’re looking for great service along with delicious sandwiches, I recommend this place!

Terrible service from both people who were there, I ordered my food online and arrived 10 minutes later and even then I had to wait another 20 minutes, more people came in and they gave them priority over me, the service at this place was terrible

I recently visited the Subway on Stewart and Gray Road and Paramount Boulevard. It’s a small shop but very clean and well-kept, with a Grade A rating. There’s plenty of parking available, so it’s convenient to stop by. The food quality is up to the usual Subway standard, but I did run into an issue when I ordered through the app, the staff didn’t follow my customization instructions. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the staff is polite and the experience is generally positive. I’ll continue coming here, but I might just stick to ordering in person to ensure everything’s right.

The lady named Maddie or Madi, not sure how it was spelled, was very rude to me and yelled at me when I couldn’t hear what cheese I wanted. I was nothing but respectful and she was very rude.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Food took forever. The new guy didn't get help from the manager who was stocking or the other guy who wasn't new. Food took forever, and the manager didn't take the initiative to help out. He was a bad team leader. I feel bad for the new guy because he was struggling and didn't get any help from the other staff. Won't be coming back.
