This place used to have good food quality but last couple of times that I ordered food from sutha was very disappointed , I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was not all the way cooked . they’re really cook the food really fast . Shrimp was soggy . I also ordered chow mein And honestly it tasted like a fast Chinese food restaurant that it’s near me. So why I’m spending more money going to a Thai restaurant expecting better food quality. Very disappointed experience. Prices way too high for the food quality.

Neat little thai place...the food was great. I ordered eggplant with tofu and a yum noodle salad w/ a spicy lime dressing. I took home pad thai, pad see ewe & pineapple fried rice. I loved the tiny collectible toys all along the walls, especially the furby collection! I would eat here again !!

Absolutely awful experience!! I came in at 2 PM, and the staff had the nerve to rush me, saying they close in 15 mins. If you don’t want customers that close to closing time, maybe don’t advertise being open until 3. Their attitude was rude and completely unprofessional.
The worst part was the rude server woman moved my child, who was sitting in a chair, without even asking me first! Who does that? Not only is that disrespectful, but it’s completely unacceptable. This place has zero regard for customer service or basic decency. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

My First Time Eating Here, Food Was Great, However Service From The Young Woman Serving Me Was Substandard, I Spent $60 for Food For 1. She Tells Me To Take My Change and Even Followed Me Outside With The Change Saying Keep Its "Its Too Little " ! This Girl Did Not Come To My Table To Check On Me Once, I Had To Get Up From My Table To Request Napkins, And Again To Request A Box For My Meal. I Ordered Sate Chicken Spicy Beef Salad Red Curry Beef with Pineapples and Extra Bamboo Food Was Great!

Customer service is disgusting. I’ve been going to Sutha for over 5+ years already. I’ve loved & treasured this cuisine spot for its innovated and delicious food! After noticing the different staff/waiters (like the waitress) they have gotten so stingy, greedy with their portions, and have the audacity to request a tip obnoxiously. With all due respect I DO leave tips because they were very dear & helpful & attentive, but now it’s like they DEMAND a tip (tipping culture is out of control) I once had one waiter say “OH NO TIP?!?” When I was going to leave a cash tip lol. & their food portions have significantly gotten smaller & way more expensive, i understand this economy got more expensive, but if you’re going to charge more, don’t decrease the size/portion of your food. It’s counterintuitive. You aren’t getting food worth your money anymore, just go somewhere else. The Chinese Cusine spot in that same shopping center is delicious & they serve way more. I enjoyed my time here at Sutha, but unfortunately, it’s not worth it to come in here every so often how I used too. PLUS, THEY CLOSE ON RANDOM DAYS AND RANDOM HOURS. A restaurant takes ownership in being available with their delicious foods, but they seem like they CHOOSE when to serve and when to not lol, so random. THAT SALAD WAS $16 lol, just go to Wendy’s, their Apple Pecan Salad is $7.99 and it’s surprisingly delicious with the roasted pecans they serve.
