They close at 2:30am I arrived at 2:05am .. drive thru was opened and I was immediately greeted...cashier got my order right. Was so pleased bcuz I was worried they would be trying to close early or something but that was not the case. This location is a bit farther than other locations close by my home but they were open so it was worth the trip. Also Thank you Taco Bell for bringing back the double decker tacos ..were my fave back in the day!! I missed them in my life..lol...

I went to drive thru and ordered chilly cheese burritos, the person taking the ordered told me they don’t make them nor have them anymore! Upset, I ordered something else. When I got home I noticed that items were missing on my bag, I asked for no onion on some items, they all had extra onion, and the “soft tortillas” were hard around the edges. Complete waste of money! I went on the App, and it showed that the Chilly Cheese Burritos are available exclusively for members! If the worker would have had told me to use the app to order them I would have had done it! These guys need better training and need to learn how to do their job. Maybe management is the problem. When I was a teenager Taco Bell was my first job and I never made errors like this or I would have had been written up. Never coming to this location again. They drop the ball too much, this is not the first time they screw up my order, happens every time that I’ve been there.

I have been to this Taco Bell more than once I guess because its close to our house but 1st time went through the drive through to order 7 luxe box. They said we would have to wait 20minutes because they didn't have any ready🤦🏻♀️2 times I went in the morning to go inside and it says they open at 9am it was 9:15 both times and they still weren't open. Only the drive through 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️3rd time they stopped serving breakfast here but don't post it 🤦🏻♀️

I got there at 950,and they closed at 10pm. Staff was kind enough to let me stay over and made it comfortable.
I got here at 12:10pm I did not get any assistance I work at a facility for elders I brought three of my resident we waited 45 mins to NOT get serviced. There was only 3 workers and the worker who worked the drive thru did not help us out at all. This is ridiculous the residents don’t have an atm card if not we would have ordered at the kiosk. Such a bad experience

I went through the drive thru and they messed up my order. No biggie, I call to pick rectify this situation. A woman answers and tries to write down my name and gets it completely wrong. We try this one more time and then I ask for someone else who might help, better English. She says there is no one else there. (Possibly a lie, I just saw a dude at the drive thru but whatever) I ask for her name, so I have her name and her guarantee on my food. She says I don’t need her name. 🤦🏻♂️ I ask for her boss. She says she is the manager and proceeds to tell me I am a bad person and then hangs up on me. I wish I could have my money back or something. Worst experience EVER

The best beefy 5 layer I ever had. Whoever works the Thursday 8:45PM night shift is a deity from the Taco Bell heavens. The tortilla was actually a little grilled and there was plenty of filling in the burrito. It’s a shame when you go to a Taco Bell location and they skimp you on the “meat.” Not this one! And the sauce packet ratio was perfect without even requesting. Four diablos. My hand kept reaching in the bag and the magical paper bag kept giving til every last bite. And alas, a napkin to wipe away the evidence that I didn’t feel like making anything at home for the evening. I will be back to this location for more cheesy cravings. Thank you Thursday night team.
