I have been to this Taco Bell more than once I guess because its close to our house but 1st time went through the drive through to order 7 luxe box. They said we would have to wait 20minutes because they didn't have any ready🤦🏻‍♀️2 times I went in the morning to go inside and it says they open at 9am it was 9:15 both times and they still weren't open. Only the drive through 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️3rd time they stopped serving breakfast here but don't post it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got there at 950,and they closed at 10pm. Staff was kind enough to let me stay over and made it comfortable.

I got here at 12:10pm I did not get any assistance I work at a facility for elders I brought three of my resident we waited 45 mins to NOT get serviced. There was only 3 workers and the worker who worked the drive thru did not help us out at all. This is ridiculous the residents don’t have an atm card if not we would have ordered at the kiosk. Such a bad experience

I went through the drive thru and they messed up my order. No biggie, I call to pick rectify this situation. A woman answers and tries to write down my name and gets it completely wrong. We try this one more time and then I ask for someone else who might help, better English. She says there is no one else there. (Possibly a lie, I just saw a dude at the drive thru but whatever) I ask for her name, so I have her name and her guarantee on my food. She says I don’t need her name. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I ask for her boss. She says she is the manager and proceeds to tell me I am a bad person and then hangs up on me. I wish I could have my money back or something. Worst experience EVER

The best beefy 5 layer I ever had. Whoever works the Thursday 8:45PM night shift is a deity from the Taco Bell heavens. The tortilla was actually a little grilled and there was plenty of filling in the burrito. It’s a shame when you go to a Taco Bell location and they skimp you on the “meat.” Not this one! And the sauce packet ratio was perfect without even requesting. Four diablos. My hand kept reaching in the bag and the magical paper bag kept giving til every last bite. And alas, a napkin to wipe away the evidence that I didn’t feel like making anything at home for the evening. I will be back to this location for more cheesy cravings. Thank you Thursday night team.

Worst service ever. I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos and they gave me rice and beans instead. I understand mistakes happen but after going back twice and still receiving rice and beans burritos. I can’t believe they get paid $20 an hour

Standing like a dumb person looking like a ghost I was at the register being ignored while only the people at the drive thru were helped, they just looked at me and not said a word it’s ridiculous I left upset I wasted time just standing there waiting with no help or anyone telling me they will come help me. Don’t go here save your time go somewhere else I went to el pollo loco

I had placed an order online for 12 pm, I arrived at 12:05 and had to wait over 20 minutes just to eat very soggy food. And my colleague only wanted to order 2 crunchy tacos and as he waited in line for 15 minutes he decided to use the kiosk to place his order and still had to wait for it for nearly 20 minutes. I am very upset that I had to wait that long to pick up my food the employees only prioritized the drive thru and even other delivery drivers still had to wait for nearly 15 minutes each. I am never coming back to this location it is severely lacking in management
