This place is by far the best Mexican food in Town. I highly recommend this place!!! The tacos, quesatacos de birria, quesadilla Don chente are amazingly delicious. So yummy!!
This is such a a great little gem. The artwork and overall vibe of this place is amazing!! Prices are reasonable and the service was great!! Very friendly people and knowledgeable about the food. The food is amazing! Everything has such great flavor! My favorite is chilaquilas and these were phenomenal. Will definitely come back.

The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is always in immaculate condition, the food portions and quality are always good. I tell all my friends about Don Chente when they come to Downey. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for excellent service and food! Parking is easily accessible, too and that's important. I like the indoor/outdoor seating options. Great place all around!
