Food is amazing. I had a carne Asada torta, tacos de buche, chicarron and tripa. The taco de tripa was my absolute favorite 😍. Cooked to perfection. I love this place. Seating is limited but you can always eat in your car.

Used to be good a couple years ago. Like pre 2021, now it’s just overpriced street food. But at least street food is affordable. Do urself a favor, just go somewhere else. It’s not tasty enough to justify the prices.

Nothing special as others have said and overpriced. The guacamole is good and so is the al pastor. Asada is meh. Fries were good too. I asked for half asada and half al pastor

Food is good the lady at the window can't hear because the air above her
They charge you extra for every single food item if you use debit/credit card when in most establishment they charge like 50 or 75 cents for a whole transaction and they still give the option if you want to tip lol HELL NAHH!! the owners greed is gonna cost his employees tips

This review specifically is for the owner. I called to place a pick up order and a man answered. He seemed annoyed to have to take my order and even more annoyed that I didn’t speak Spanish. I know a little Spanish so I tried to continue with my order in my broken Spanish and he said something sharp and rude based on his tone then hung up the phone. If you care.. maybe just get to the bottom of your employees phone etiquette.. it was not cool.

No taco Tuesday specials. Parking was a bit of a problem. Salsa table was poorly maintained. Food was good.

A small, to go taco shop in Downey with the absolute best food in the area. Homemade tortillas, the carne asada is tender with a smokey flavour. Al Pastor is excellent. A quesadia is a full meal. A burrito sized corn tortilla, recommend adding a meat. Guacamole is added to everything

If you seriously want authentic tasting tacos from Rosarito this is the place to get it. Their tacos are amazing tacos.
The meat had no flavor

Called in for a pickup and the lady was nice. The tacos have tortillas hechas a mano and they were really good!! Definitely recommend the Al Pastor.
The location is a bit “ugly” in terms of area, images of menu, and overall cleanliness.

This place is more like a 3.5 star but it gets bumped up by the really great condiments like the salsa, red onion etc. The problem is the tortilla is like paper thin and really doesn't have that authentic masa taste. It might be mixed with flour or something.
I got 4 tacos. Asada, chicharron Rojo, pastor, and lengua. The best was the lengua very tender and juicy. The asada was all crunchy and no meatyness to it. The others were ok.
Horchata was terrible it was basically water and sugar and why was it dark?
Prices were good. Stars were the salsas and the lengua.
