Hands down the best cabeza and pastor tacos I ever had in LA. All ingredients high quality and tasty. Patience pays so don’t go in a rush, they take their time to prep but it’s really worth it!
Friendly staff, clean restaurant and restroom. I had 2 tacos de asada and a taco de cabeza. The asada was maybe a 2/5, pretty dry overcooked. Cabeza was a 2/5 i think I got the scraps. Lol it was all dry but had an ok flavor. I would consider going back to try the other options and menudo.
I was around the area and googled for some food. I chose this place based on the reviews. They did not disappoint. The meat had excellent flavor. Had some legua and al pastor. The Al pastor were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were good. The amount of meat was excellent, my only complaint…. The tortillas were too small. I wanted more tortillas. Lol.
Also the plane was clean, quiet. Excellent atmosphere.
