I am not one to write negative reviews, but my experience this evening as a patron to this coffee bean has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Tonight was one of the scant occasions my sister and I could confide with one another and chose this establishment to purchase our nightly chai together. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism left both of us unseen and unheard. The quality of the drinks was watered down and bitter, and I suspected lack of hygiene and protocol in their part. I saw dirty countertops and running water, and an overall lack of discretion with their work ethic. We had to throw away our drinks as they were inedible. Absolute waste of an evening and even more frustrating was that they would not refund or remake our drinks without further payment. Would not recommend purchasing from this location; we will not come back ever. Insubordinate, and churlish.

Shoutout to Emily and Micheal. Excellent working duo and such great personalities. They deserve to get paid corporate wages with the way they are working. Michael knew his stuff and Emily was quick to take our order. Will for sure be coming back to see these two! :)

The gentleman behind the counter was patient in explaining their new menu items. I was grateful and it's good to know that while the menu has changed, their service has not. Will come back!

3 times I have made a mobile order, gone to pick it up and had to wait an additional 20/30 minutes because they havent started on the order. If Im making a mobile order is to get there when it is ready. Why have that as an option if you are only gonna work on it after people go ask you about it.

Sloppy crew, common at this chain. Like the shell of the person is there, but their mind is somewhere else. Maybe the holiday weekend didn’t serve them well, or they haven’t had enough fireworks; before realized, it’s another day of grunt, rumbling, and buzzing of the chamber.

Two weeks ago an Employee male thought my son had a fake coupon right away once he handed it over. The employee got it wrong. It wasn’t expired it was buy one get one 1/2 off. don’t assume things until you read it. Jerks! Thanks for making my son feel weird. At the end you did say sorry but not to my son.

Walked asked for a refresher drink recommendation, girl recommended Hibiscus, mint, horchata refresher. It was really good, very fast and friendly Service Thank You.

Just take the cold brew off your menu. I don’t come to this location that often, but out of the last 3 times, 2 of the times no cold brew. It’s 1:00pm, not end of day. Figure it out.

Horrible service
I got there at 6:40am when location opens at 6:30 am ,the door was locked, the manager was inside just staring at me I waited for 5 min and she didn’t care about it I knocked the door since I didn’t know what was happening
After another 3 min she decided to come out just to tell me that she won’t give me any service because nobody was there ignoring the location hours
Very disrespectful

Nice music, good drinks, bad service! if you want to wait 15 minutes for the girls to stop drinking their own drinks and ignoring you then come here. I had to go out of my way to ask for my drink 20 minutes after I paid and was met with attitude, it wasn't busy at all either. 2/26.
