3 times I have made a mobile order, gone to pick it up and had to wait an additional 20/30 minutes because they havent started on the order. If Im making a mobile order is to get there when it is ready. Why have that as an option if you are only gonna work on it after people go ask you about it.

Horrible Service, Horrible attitudes, horrible environment horrible drinks! I love coffee bean I always visit Long Beach location. Today I decided to visit this location and Let me tell you I had the worst experience! NEVER AGAIN

Sloppy crew, common at this chain. Like the shell of the person is there, but their mind is somewhere else. Maybe the holiday weekend didn’t serve them well, or they haven’t had enough fireworks; before realized, it’s another day of grunt, rumbling, and buzzing of the chamber.

Two weeks ago an Employee male thought my son had a fake coupon right away once he handed it over. The employee got it wrong. It wasn’t expired it was buy one get one 1/2 off. don’t assume things until you read it. Jerks! Thanks for making my son feel weird. At the end you did say sorry but not to my son.

Walked asked for a refresher drink recommendation, girl recommended Hibiscus, mint, horchata refresher. It was really good, very fast and friendly Service Thank You.

Just take the cold brew off your menu. I don’t come to this location that often, but out of the last 3 times, 2 of the times no cold brew. It’s 1:00pm, not end of day. Figure it out.

Horrible service
I got there at 6:40am when location opens at 6:30 am ,the door was locked, the manager was inside just staring at me I waited for 5 min and she didn’t care about it I knocked the door since I didn’t know what was happening
After another 3 min she decided to come out just to tell me that she won’t give me any service because nobody was there ignoring the location hours

Nice music, good drinks, bad service! if you want to wait 15 minutes for the girls to stop drinking their own drinks and ignoring you then come here. I had to go out of my way to ask for my drink 20 minutes after I paid and was met with attitude, it wasn't busy at all either. 2/26.

Awesome place to stop and grab a cup of joe cool laid back environment. You could chill in there read study etc.👍🏼

Only thing that bothers me is that they ask for your name for the order but when it's time to pick up they yell just the drink names. How am I supposed to know if someone else order that drink? Why not use our names? What's the point of asking for my name? Now I need to ask "is this mine?" But their too distracted that they don't have time to answer you, so now your left there standing.
