Only thing that bothers me is that they ask for your name for the order but when it's time to pick up they yell just the drink names. How am I supposed to know if someone else order that drink? Why not use our names? What's the point of asking for my name? Now I need to ask "is this mine?" But their too distracted that they don't have time to answer you, so now your left there standing.

I used to go here a lot with my best friend. We would order chai tea lattes, which were quite enjoyable back then. I still like coming here for the nostalgia but I have to point out that after getting quality coffee and espresso drinks at quality places, the price for what you’re getting here is not right. For example, I can get a TOP quality cappuccino in a nice neighborhood for $4. The cappuccino here is VERY bad and it’s almost $6. I don’t understand the discrepancy....

Hit or miss. Sometimes they are incredibly nice and sometimes I leave pis$ed off. I keep coming because I refuse to drink Starbucks and I happen to really like Coffee Bean products alot better. But this store is at least better then the other local ones. The other ones have a issue almost everytime. I literally order the same exact thing everyday. To avoid issues at the other locations I order online for pick up. Most of the people here are nice. Today I had an issue, last time...
