Let’s just say ARIEL’S customer service is non existent in the am. Not greeted or even acknowledged. Walked in at 6:30am and nobody said anything and the lights were off? Walked in and out twice to see if she would say something and didn’t. She just Kept stocking the cold foods in the front smh

Love, love, love coffee bean! I frequent this location because it’s right by my job or else I would go somewhere else because the service is always awful. The young lady that helped today was in such a bad mood. I get it not everyone is a morning person but at least some sort of friendliness, it would definitely go a long way.

Drinks and food are great. So is customer service. I didn’t have a problem with it. I want to know what is going on with their WiFi? Zero stars there! I don't know what's going on but they should remove their wifi amenity from their app so we know.

Update: visited June 2024 and noticed that the WiFi seems to work! Go on and get your drink and work on!!

what is the point of having app promotions when the employees that work here don’t understand how to do them. The coffee bean app was promoting a buy one get one deal today and I mentioned it when ordering and mentioned it at the window. They scanned my app with the promotion and gave me the two drinks. I was charged for two drinks, it was so annoying to see when I got home considering I’d only made my visit for that reason. super frustrating and disappointing

9 out of 10 visits to this place is awful. I wish I could get my money back. I ordered breakfast. The breakfast sandwich was just tossed in the bag, cheese melted all over the inside and outside. The sandwich was soggy like it was microwaved and not toasted. The breakfast wrap was also just tossed in the bag, no wrapping, soggy like it had been microwaved, tortilla was ripped. Absolute slop. I had to put both of them in my Ninja when I got home. Happy Mother's Day to me.
