I asked for a sugar free syrup to add to my iced latte. They had a powder sugar free. That was the only option. Worst lced latte I ever had. ONE powdered option?
Don't they realize that people are looking to cut sugar in their diets.

What happen to the Iced Vanilla Americano? It's no longer on the menu. This drink was really the best coffee drink ever. From all places I've ever visited this drink actually woke me up and kept me going all day AND not give me diarehea like Starbucks coffee does.

Asked for a dash of cinnamon and got this got charged for adding caramel maybe because she used the whole damn bottle even that was too much.. a worker with glasses and curly hair young girl, she rushed and gave me the worst coffee I ever had. $7 down the drain 🥲

Maybe consider getting a new speaker? Or better headsets for your employees? Also, why is the drive thru so slow? Might as well go inside and order, it’s faster.

Just picked up a coffee and water bottle through mobile order and drive through pick up. They wrote on my water bottle with a yellow paint marker which is now all over my hands as I arrive to a meeting. 👎

Capuccino at a wrong temperature and foamed milked felt like soap foam.

Sucks they don't make it like they use to watered down and sugary slow service I would not recommend this they get no stars

Let’s just say ARIEL’S customer service is non existent in the am. Not greeted or even acknowledged. Walked in at 6:30am and nobody said anything and the lights were off? Walked in and out twice to see if she would say something and didn’t. She just Kept stocking the cold foods in the front smh

This place is no longer what it used to be. The service is at the speed of a snail. The music is on obnoxiously loud. The drive thru barely moves. The work ethic is poor. Where is management? Everyone wants to get paid top dollar but don't provide the service for it

Love, love, love coffee bean! I frequent this location because it’s right by my job or else I would go somewhere else because the service is always awful. The young lady that helped today was in such a bad mood. I get it not everyone is a morning person but at least some sort of friendliness, it would definitely go a long way.
