The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The location of this Coffee Bean is nice; however, the staff are young adults with terrible attitudes, primarily when serving food. Yesterday I ordered a food item, and the woman taking my order didn't clarify what I ordered. In addition to getting my order wrong, she took my food item and threw it on the counter. I understand that service jobs like this can be challenging at times, but if you can't handle a coffee shop, learning to be pleasant while working in other service areas will be even more difficult. The poor conduct and condescending tone towards customers is not the way. Let's strive for excellence, even if it's just coffee. Teach the young employees at this location to be empathetic and active listeners. More pleasant in speech while representing this establishment.

This is my favorite Coffee Bean location because of Luis! He is always very attentive and his customer service is truly amazing. No matter how busy the morning rush is, he always has a great smile and makes a genuine effort to connect with his clients. It’s rare to find someone who makes your morning coffee feel like a personal catch-up. Luis is a total asset to this team! And on top of it He makes the best matcha lattes!

Stop every morning to charge a Tesla driving from Santa Clarita perfect spot to charge and coffee but staff let me just standin for like over 5 minutes no one else on store went to McDonalds better service

After waiting and basically being ignored for what seemed an eternity roughly 5 min. a young woman, brunette 5 4' ponytail took my drink order and actually made it, I had the Honey Oat Latte many times but this was exceptional, I guess it was worth getting of the freeway for.

served me cold coffee 😭

I had placed a mobile order prior to my arrival. I ordered my regular matcha latte with a toasted jalapeño cheese bagel and cream cheese. I received a cold plan bagel. A little upsetting when I could not turn back around after I noticed.

Was in there to study and their coffee machines are extremely loud every time they make a drink. I don’t recommend studying there !! Their matcha is also not good, the cashier was very nice tho

really rude customer service. I placed a mobile order around 1:11, application told me it would be ready at 1:21. I got there at 1:30 to give that grace period. Walked in, order wasn’t ready but they prioritized their drive through. Other people were also waiting, until finally what I assumed to be the manager or coordinator finally asked, I told him I am waiting for an order and it should’ve been here roughly 10 mins ago.

I am working in customer service as well, and we have been trained to know that you never respond to a customer as you would speak to someone in the street. You apologize for the inconvenience and say it will be out soon. you don’t say ‘well we have a lot of customers’ and ‘ you just got here’ in a rude manner. Mobile orders are placed in order to simply come inside and pick it up. If you’re going to use “we have a lot of customers”, disable mobile orders/pick up. You work in what is considered a fast food chain, of course you will have a lot of customers.

If you’re a manager, you should know how to be a better example for your employees.

What I got: regular chocolate blended drink with whipped cream, regular espresso, and regular milk

Paid 7 dollars for a flavorless late, on top of that, there was a woman barefooted with her feet on top of the table where ppl put their food!
I told one of the employees, didn't do anything.
