This place is unacceptable and dirty. The staff never acknowledged me coming in or leaving. In my opinion, I believe simple manners are important when working in a customer service setting. I waited just to ask for the bathroom code and 3 members walked right passed me and didn't bother to look at me. Bathroom was dirty and sticky. The staff played the music so loud, I think my ears were going to explode, and they played it LOUDER when they were closing the store. As a college student, I could not concentrate at all and it did not make me feel welcomed. The music was also inappropriate and not kid friendly (there were hardly kids but imagine if there were plenty). They also shut the lights off before people were even leaving so they can close. Other than a well made drink, I don't think this store is my go to anymore.

I've been coming here so often lately and everytime it's just been great, the cashier even knows who I am and she's so sweet, the workers are always working hard too. They always get my order right, tbh they don't deserve any negative reviews when it's not their fault they get a busy drive thru. It's a way better experience than you would get at Starbucks

Only been here 3x and been to lots of coffee beans. In fact I go to Coffee bean acrosss Southern CA everyday as I am working. Everytime I have been here there has been an issue with over charging or confusion. And one time my food was completely burned.

Terrible experience. My party of three went through the drive-thru and we each ordered a drink and a meal item. They had a few menu items that were unavailable, but there was no indication, apart from the missing whipped cream. The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude as we were ordering. When we got to the window, we took the food only to realize they forgot something from the order. So we had to park, and I went inside to find out they never even charged the item I ordered at all. So I then had to reorder and wait. At this moment the girl running the drive-thru was there and was giving me nasty looks the entire time. Finally, I received my item and I asked the cashier what her name was, only for him to not even know what her name was.This location is not running a smooth practice, there is absolutely no connection with the customer and/or with each other. It needs a rehaul. And Connie, the girl with the attitude, needs to be retrained as soon as possible.

Why is it that there is no consistency between coffee bean and tea leaf stores? Ordered a mocha latte that had zero flavor besides coffee, zero sweet mocha taste. Wife and son both ordered white mocha, one blended and one iced. One was brown colored and one white and both completely different tastes. I absolutely hate the competition but they are consistent with their recipes. You can do better coffee bean!!

Came into this location for my coffee due to it having a drive thru, asked for a large hazelnut ice latte with almond milk and a dom scoop. However once I was at the window the cup had a dom lid. I was going to inform the cashier about my order was wrong but he was already in a bad mood and had attitude. I was extremely taken back and left to go to the Placentia location. Due to placenta having great customer service. Would never recommend this location .

I usually start off on a positive note. But I just can't on this one, management needs to either retrain all employees here or get rid of them and start fresh, maybe it's management that doesn't know how to teach quality customer service, I'm not a coffee bean drinker only because there isn't a location close to me so I need to venture out to visit one, for starters when my wife ordered her drink "spiced chai latte" the employee stated nope sorry don't have it, so then my wife asked for it with just vanilla instead of the spicy part of the drinks name and the employee rolls his eyes and said ok. I then asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese, we paid and then we waited..... and waited.... And waited... others came in, ordered. Got their drinks and left, we waited.... And waited. When are order was ready they put the drink on the counter and walked away, no number or name called, we had to get up and ask if this was ours. But my bagel wasn't done yet, so we waited and waited again, I got up and asked what happened to my bagel, some other guy with an attitude looked at his screen and saw it so he grabbed the bagels and started to make it. THE ORDER WAS NEVER EVEN STARTED! And when it was finally done, they just bagged it and slid it on the counter not once did they say it was done. It wasn't busy at all. They were just to into hiding in the back doing who knows what, another guy (father with his little boy) came in with his drink and said that they gave him the wrong order, they took it from him and never bothered to make his drink correctly, he just waited and waited, he seemed to finally get upset and reminded them. Finally his drink was done and again they never called his drink out, it just sat there. Customer service had gotten very bad since 2020. And it's just getting worse. Step it up folks of coffee bean !!

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS COFFEE BEAN. SO UNHYGIENIC WE FOUND A NAIL IN OUR WHITE CHOCOLATE ICED LATTE. Very disgusting. We're getting a refund but that hardly helps. Imagine drinking from your coffee and you find someone's nasty acrylic nail marinating at the bottom .....

A Day In the Life of A Safety Professional

Ordering is always depressing and they show zero emotion and it's clear they hate their job. Plus one door is always locked. Nice fire hazard! Going to Drinx is better for a happy and friendly morning experience.

lets start off by how they great you with an attitude!! Nastiest place I have been into !! Got my drink & employees look at me like if I'm stealing not only that they were giving those looks to my children while they were looking at the Grab & Go refrigerator to see if they are gonna take something . I have never ever been into this kind of environment where they give you ugly looks to me but my children !!

There were cones in front of drive thru so I went in but 2 girls had their headsets on which was confusing. But oh well. All the girls were talking and laughing, not paying attention to the fact that customers were waiting. Until I said Hi excuse me, she comes over. No apology at all. Please get a bell if you're going to hire inattentive staff. The tea I ordered wasn't too hot either but I didn't say anything because I was in a rush. The location is good but the staff isn't. Never coming back!

Hours on the door and online don't match the actual open hours or the employees like to close up early here. Either way seems an update to hours or staff is needed. Pulled up at 1015 and they were already closed and hiding in the back.
