Very good place for a quick healthy bite. Obviously, one needs to choose the healthier options and stay away from the Magic Sauce (Sugar) and other options that make the meal unhealthy. I usually ask for the all white chicken, which is healthier and has more protein than the regular chicken. Flame Broiler is on my weekly fast food rotation, and I appreciate the taste and satisfactory feeling after the meal. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

I haven't been to a Flame Broiler in a long time due to busy with work and going to different restaurants and trying others cuisine. I really enjoy the food it was healthy and made to order and also made fresh daily. They also have a Happy Hour deal from 2 to 4 weekdays they've a mimi chicken bowl with a drink for $7.50 that's a deal.

Won't be going back. This is the 2nd time they served me pre-cook meat and i was served some tiny last bits that were old, cold and dry. They topped the bowl with 3 pieces of fresh chicken... I guess they thought it would fool me.
The new guy on the register tonight with the bleached hair was rude, disinterested in doing his job, and got my order wrong.But the food was great!

The chicken bowl tasted good. I haven't had one in a long time. When I got home, I compared it with the bowl from my last visit and found that the bowl size was now much smaller than the original size bowl. The price was still higher.
