Apparently they just hire anyone to work here. The 2 employees ( Kc and Samehuh) were talking amongst themselves complaining in the kitchen about behind they are on orders they have and agreeing to tell the customers exaggerated wait times so people can get discouraged and leave, as if the front wasn't 2 feet away from the kitchen for everyone in the store to hear...Maybe if they spent more time doing their job instead of just standing there complaining they wouldn't be so behind on all the orders.

We eat from here all the time. They gave us burnt chicken and when I called to complain they wanted us to bring our bowls back to replace the chicken. It baffles me what type of customer service we have to resort to nowadays. He didn't realize what an inconvenience it would be to drive back with our bowls to get the chicken replaced when it should've never been served that way to begin with. Wow. Maybe a voucher would've saved you a bad review. We're not looking for a free meal just a decent one.

I asked for a sauce and she wanted to charge me 30 cents sauce is what makes this whole meal with out it is not the same but I'm not going to give you 30 cents when my food for one person was almost 25 bucks at a fast food place sorry that's all bad

Tonight, I called at 8:14pm to place a phone order for my husband and I. (I know they close at 9pm.) The phone rang for a while until someone answered and hastily said, "Hello we are not taking anymore phone orders." I was taken aback and just said, "Ok thanks," and hung up.We drove to the establishment and arrived a little before 8:30pm. The man at the register asked us what we wanted to order. I said, "I'll have the tofu bowl wit--". I didn't even get to finish my sentence before he cut me off to say, "Unfortunately we are not serving tofu anymore at this time." I then asked, "Oh, why?" He said , "We'd have to turn on the grills to cook the tofu and we've already started the process of cleaning." To this, I turned to my husband and said, "Let's go."I find it very rude and ridiculous that they are turning away phone order customers 45min before closing, and turning away walk-in customers 30min before closing just bc they don't want to cook tofu for a customer. If there is a cut-off time for phone orders or for tofu orders, there should be a sign or notice on Yelp and on the door stating so. Otherwise, it is my understanding that from open to closing, all walk-in orders should be accepted.I go to Flame Broiler bc I like that there is a healthy vegetarian option. However, I may not be going back to this location. This is not the first time I have felt my business be turned away. It seems at this store that the employees make their own hours. But who knows. Maybe it is the Manager's or the owner's instruction to set these cut-off times and to turn customers away.

Very good place for a quick healthy bite. Obviously, one needs to choose the healthier options and stay away from the Magic Sauce (Sugar) and other options that make the meal unhealthy. I usually ask for the all white chicken, which is healthier and has more protein than the regular chicken. Flame Broiler is on my weekly fast food rotation, and I appreciate the taste and satisfactory feeling after the meal. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Disgusting food at this location !!! That white chef that smokes in the back needs to get dam fired!!! One time I went in to order and he was throwing a fit he had to work it seemed, hitting and throwing things and rolling his eyes! The other cashier also white lady smoker rude! Will never come here again! And it's a shame so close to my house!

So many times I've came to this location and parked in the back of the parking lot of Ralph's and each time I seen the same chef the only chef a tall white male smoking cigarettes at around 11 AM just to walk into the front of the building to see him in the kitchen continuing where he left off *no wash hands #oshaneedstobecaller ...they higher the prices on the meat it's almost $15 for just a bowl no drink super expensive bad customer service use to really like this spot ..go to waba grill

I haven't been to a Flame Broiler in a long time due to busy with work and going to different restaurants and trying others cuisine. I really enjoy the food it was healthy and made to order and also made fresh daily. They also have a Happy Hour deal from 2 to 4 weekdays they've a mimi chicken bowl with a drink for $7.50 that's a deal.
