My New Years resolution for 2026 is to never return to this location. Spending New Years Eve with food poisoning was not fun.
PS: please for the love of god don’t leave the Ranch out on the counters!!! It’s milk it goes bad!!!!

The last time I had The Habit was 2012, before I moved overseas. A double char combo with bacon & avocado was $10.10. I returned to the US recently and was shocked to find that the exact same combo was $19.xx. The Habit is my favorite burger place, I had eaten literally everything on the menu before I left. Although the service and food were still nice, I won't be coming back often, that's just too expensive.

On line ordering does not allow special requests such as no mayo. Also the customer service line tells you that there is no phone at the stored to let them know. Very poor customer service phone personnel
The prices are a little restaurant $$ pricey but totally worth it! Food is fresh and the servings are nicely proportioned.

I don’t know how the regular fare is here, but if you’re after a vegan burger don’t even give it a try. The burger is a tasteless mashup of veggies, and the bun is some sort of dry sponge. These days with all the amazing new vegan burgers like Beyond and Impossible, this really stands out for the worse. My kids took one bite, I managed two.

I had a really disappointing experience with Santana. I called in a phone order and provided all my card information. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived, not only had the order not been placed, but I was also met with rudeness and zero accountability. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault. I understand if someone is in training, but there was no confrontation number provided, and they hung up on me when I tried to call back. For reference, I called at 3:27. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I placed this order 20 minutes before closing this does not mean that u have to give me the left over from 1-2 hrs ago my bread was soggy and fries were even worste I have never ever had this experience from a habit burger! I should’ve stuck to in&out they would never do this! Somebody really needs to watch this. And why are you guys even cleaning and closing while cooking food. You guys shouldn’t start that until the doors are closed seems your focused on closing this customer satisfaction. I will not be visiting here again!

I came to get the BOGO charburger. I told the woman, Claudia, who seemed to be a manager, that I wanted to pay the difference and get an ahi tuna sandwich instead of a charburger for one of the sandwiches. It became very confusing the way she explained it; she kept asking me if I wanted cheese on it, and she told me that she would have to charge me extra for teriyaki sauce and tartar sauce. She said that they had to prepare it exactly like the charburger (that was a first for me). I told her that all of the other times that I have paid the difference and switched it out, I never had to pay extra for the sauces. So, I said never mind. She kept telling me over and over again that she had to make it exactly like the charburger and asking me if I wanted cheese on it. I just answered her and wanted to be done. She was not nice at all.
While I was waiting for my order, I saw Claudia go from cleaning, prepping and taking out the trash to handling and bagging orders without washing her hands. That is not ok at all...ever!!!
I would have asked for a refund and walked out but, luckily, she was only putting our food in the bag (even though that is still not ok). But, I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a half-and-half mix of fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the fries were drenched in oil and extremely greasy, while the onion rings were soggy and limp. I brought this to the manager’s attention and showed her what was left. She simply replaced the same portion—no more, no less. While I wasn’t expecting an entirely new order, the lack of accountability was disappointing. Not even a single apology from the manager—truly poor customer service
Great burger, clean restaurant, and friendly staff.
They got rid of the Impossible burgers. They were the only major chain to carry Impossible burgers. Their veggie burgers suck. I won’t be going to any Habit Burger anymore. You lost a big customer.
