I came with my family to eat breakfast and the place was nice, had good vibe and service was good. The food was alright, nothing special. They should have the food more presentable for the price they were charging.

I came by for lunch, we were seated quick. Thats always a plus. The menu was big, lots to order from, the food is esthetically pleasing but overpriced. $5.50 for a cup of orange juice is insane. I got the steak and potatoes, price tag on that was $40, the steak was a good size, but I only get a scoop of eggs and potatoes. The potatoes were burnt and dry. The steak was mildly seasoned, and the chimchurri sauce just looked like olive oil mixed with parsley, tasted just like olive oil too. My friend ordered the egg and chilaquilles, it was served in a nice big bowl for $20 so not too bad, tasted pretty good too. The music is a bit too loud. Overall the place feels like a gimmick.

We had a great experience overall—Luis was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. The rest of the wait staff was also kind and professional, which really added to the positive atmosphere.
However, the general manager, Diana, was extremely disappointing. Her attitude toward both customers and employees was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it put a damper on what would have otherwise been a perfect visit.
I would’ve given 5 stars based on the service from Luis and the other staff alone, but due to Diana’s behavior, I’m giving 4. Great team—but leadership needs serious improvement.
Just left this place on Fathers Day. First off I’ve been here before and my experience has always been very pleasant. Reason why we are here again today. But let me tell you guys that the vibe today was very off. Our waiter Louise or Luis was amazing he kept calm under the pressure and gave us suggestions. But the general manager Diane was a whole ass negative vibe yelling at the workers in-front of everyone walking around with a straight up dog face not even acknowledging people waiting or thanking for them for waiting. I’m in the customer service field and this isn’t it. This lady needs some retraining asap or don’t put her to work on holidays where she’ll just mess up people’s vibe. I seen her attitude when she asked if my party was all here and gave her the benefit of the doubt since it was packed but no way no how are you given the excuse to have such a ugly behavior when you are there to celebrate a holiday.
Diana if your reading this take a chill pill and sign yourself up to some online customer service courses your attitude it’s not it girl I saw you yelling at your employees and mad dogging everyone who got in your way instead of making them more tense start acknowledging the customers sitting or waiting giving you a paycheck!
music / dj while dining during the 3 o'clock brunch was a great mixture. Note....They do have a 10 am brunch, as well
The woman checking us in was very rude and basically had a horrible experience as a family, she gave us attitude and we tried to be nice with her but she kept it up, wished we had a better experience.
Made a reservation they kept me waiting for about 20 minutes, asked how much longer and they kept saying they were waiting for tables to clear. I walked out. What’s the point of making a reservations if you’re not going to follow through. They ruined my birthday brunch

Horrible customer service , waiter didn’t know how to take care of our meals.
He didn’t even said to us breakfast doesn’t come with toast.
I had to ask again and pay extra for a side of toast.
He just stayed at the front, I guess as a hostess
Not so good

A server at this toast (I forgot his name) but he was making weird jokes, making sideways comments that were very disrespectful, told me to speak up (in a rude way) even tho I can not speak up as much because it will hurt my voice!!! Food is okay, reason it got 3 stars! That server is a joke and should not work there…

Really nice restaurant with good food. My wife had the steak sandwich and only ate half, so now she has lunch. I had their new chicken sandwich with aioli and it was gone! Cocktails are good too.
